Electrolyte sticks: overlay the mix line; never a clinician
Stick-pack still. Ingredient type is burned. No medical talking head.
Stick-pack still. Ingredient type is burned. No medical talking head.
An electrolyte packet is a SKU a buyer will match to a sleeve they already saw. The ad is that stick on a bench you photographed, then type you typed. A constructed clinician walking sodium or "what you should take after a workout" is a health presenter. A generated athlete is a person you did not cast.
The stick is the SKU
Photograph the current revision. Front of pack, the tear notch, the flavour band, the lot panel if you will crop to it. AI product video exists so the stick in the ad is your stick: foil, colour, imprint. Text-to-video will invent a cousin sachet with melted milligrams. That is a failed SKU, not a lifestyle upgrade.
Prompt only the camera. A slow orbit, a gentle push toward the flavour stripe, a pour that does not rewrite the foil. Do not prompt a clinic, a blood draw, a collapsing runner, or "a doctor explaining hydration." Frame one is the file you sent. If the file is the stick, the generate should still be the stick.
Do not generate a serving size, a flavour name, or an ingredient line the real pack does not carry. If the artwork changed last week, shoot again. Empty bench tone is allowed. A generated infant, a residual limb, a "patient recovering" extra — hard stops. The packet is the subject.
Overlay the mix line you typed
The mix instruction and the ingredient callout are strings you already print. "Stir into 16 oz." "See panel." The flavour SKU. Those have to match the sleeve. A video model that letters milligrams onto the foil is fabricating a label. The glyphs look stamped. They are not your stamp.
Add a text overlay burns one authored line — whole clip, top / center / bottom. You write the string. It does not transcribe. It does not listen. Position is the three-way enum, not a free pixel. Type after picture lock so a legal rewrite costs a burn, not a new pack shot.
If the clip needs flavour, then mix, then a CTA, that is timed text overlays: each line with its own start_sec and end_sec. Neither tool is a generate.
Add captions listens. This clip should not give it anything to hear. A closed-mouth TTS read of "clinical hydration guidance" is the same health-presenter shape with the lips off. Overlay the approved line, or crop to the photographed panel. Model glyphs on electrolytes are a recall-shaped miss.
Never a clinician
A photoreal talking presenter on health is a YPP kill. YouTube's third inauthentic-content bucket is AI-generated personas that present as human experts on health. A constructed white coat walking sodium, cramp prevention, or "what you should mix tonight" is persona plus prescription. Labelling the face AI does not leave the bucket.
A silent stick on a bench is not that shape. Authored type is typesetting, not a mouth. A real named person on camera is a different day — then caption that take. Generation can still do the pack. It cannot be the consult.
Do not generate a sports-medicine host "just reading the panel," a sweaty athlete who testifies that the cramps stopped, or a child with a stick pack. Minors are a hard stop. Health claims stay on the approved labelling. The clip shows the object. It does not diagnose, and it does not impersonate a consult.
Nearby /for pages are not this sleeve
Nutritionists is a nearby audience: a real practitioner, a real plan, a face that booked the appointment. That page is not a stick-pack SKU. Do not rewrite it as a clinician for hire, and do not paste a "what to eat today" talking head onto foil you are not allowed to put a generated doctor on.
Health coaches is routine-level coaching. An electrolyte listing is not a coaching funnel. Juice bars is the pour in a real shop. Useful if you run a bar. It is not a mailer SKU of powder in a stick.
This job is CPG-shaped: lock the SKU, overlay owned facts, leave people out. A generated clinician is still a health expert and still the YouTube pattern. Stick still plus authored overlay is the allowed shape. If the foil is yours, the mix line is the sleeve string, and there is no white coat, ship it. Otherwise you bought a medical talking head.
FAQ
Can a talking AI sports doctor "just read the sodium line"?
No. A constructed clinician on hydration is the health-presenter pattern. Put the panel in the photograph or overlay the approved line. Skip the mouth.
Should the mix instruction be captions or overlay?
Overlay. Captions transcribe speech. A mute stick-pack has nothing to transcribe. Add a text overlay burns the line you wrote. Use captions only on a take where a real named person spoke.
Can I generate a generic athlete if I never used a real photo?
A fully invented athlete on a hydration ad still reads as a testimonial you did not collect, and a lookalike of a private person is still that person. Lock the stick. If a real athlete must appear, that is footage you shot with a grant that covers this use, not a generate.
Is /for/nutritionists the page for electrolyte content?
It is the practitioner page. This page is the stick-pack still plus an authored mix line. Do not rewrite the nutritionist audience as a catalog clip, and do not replace the foil with a talking explainer.
