Why so few languages have a page
The catalog carries 148 uniquely named voices in total, but they are distributed very unevenly — English holds the large majority, and the tail flattens into unnamed generic entries fast. Publishing a page per language regardless would produce a set of near-identical documents differing only in a heading, which is the failure mode this site measures against and refuses to ship.
