An evidence-locker clip that ships is a photograph of this cabinet: the bay grid, the numbered doors, the paint a property clerk will recognise, then the cut-off string the agency already posts. It is not a constructed accused at a table, and it is not a generated bag, phone, weapon, or cash on a shelf. The well is a different room. Photograph the empty bay. Burn the hours. Leave people and seized items off the generate.
Courts already own the empty well
Courts: architecture plates, no generated defendants in the well is the civic plate for the courtroom: bench, rail, empty well. This page is not that film. A locker wall is not a well. Copying the court brief onto a property room is how you get a defendant in a cabinet aisle you meant to keep empty.
Do not restage counsel table so the locker “looks like justice.” Do not prompt a gavel, a flag, or a gallery extra “for scale.” Those pixels belong to the courts post.
Law firms already have a lane that works without a replica in a locker: know-your-rights explainers, a real attorney on camera, anonymised process. That page is a practice. This page is a cabinet. A talking clerk walking chain-of-custody is a legal presenter. Generation can still do the bay. It cannot be the adviser.

The honest still is the cabinet you operate or the SKU you sell: doors shut, numbers readable if they are already on the metal, no bag on a shelf. The facilities team will recognise the grid. A paragraph will invent a nicer property room.
Do not send “photoreal evidence locker filled with tagged bags in a police basement” to a still model and call it the install. Imagen 4 is Google’s text-to-image row: 4K, 4 credits, photoreal, text-only. It cannot ingest the wall photo. It will decide a wall. Use it only for a closed, empty cabinet still — door shut, no body, no property — labeled as a render, not this agency’s room.
If the still has to be this property room, photograph the empty bay. Crop people. Crop live screens. Crop anything that is a seized item. A generated caller, defendant, or “generic extra in the aisle” is a private person. A deepfake of a private person is not a style. Famous-or-not is the wrong test. An invented face still populated a room you did not have the right to populate.
Prompt furniture and light only. Empty bays. Numbers already on the doors if they are yours. No names on a whiteboard. No docket. If a face or a bag is in the brief, the brief is wrong.
Imagen 4’s job, when it is in this pipeline at all, is a still of the box. Four credits. 4K ceiling. Text-only. That is a cabinet render. It is not a training film.
Overlay cut-off
Cut-off is a string the agency already uses: “Property window, weekdays 8–4.” “Claims after 90 days.” “Locker 12, east wall.” Write that string. Do not ask a model to letter it into the door.
Add timed text overlays to a video burns lines you wrote at start_sec and end_sec. Nothing is transcribed. Hours, then the cut-off, then a locker ID is three authored beats on a locked plate. Font, size, colour, and position apply to the set, not per line. If you only have one persistent badge for the whole clip, that is add a text overlay: one string, whole duration, top / center / bottom.
Auto-captions listen. A mute cabinet still has nothing to transcribe. Prompted type inside Imagen 4 is a misspelled hour you cannot edit without a new still. Crop to the ratio you will ship before you overlay. Picture lock, then type. Cut-off dates change. The empty bay should not. Overlay the real line after lock so the line can change without rerolling the cabinet.
Do not generate defendants or property
A constructed accused next to a locker is the courts problem moved six feet. Keep them out. A constructed bag, envelope, phone, firearm, or cash on a shelf is property. You do not have that item. A model that “fills the bay so it looks used” is drawing seized goods you cannot point at a photograph for.
Do not prompt a defendant, a juror, tagged bags, pills, cash, phones, weapons, hands opening a door onto a dummy, or a “property clerk” walking what you should file. Those are people or seized items. Empty is the spec.
If you need motion on the real wall — a slow push down an empty aisle, no new doors — photograph the empty bay and animate that file. Motion is allowed. A docket is not. A talking locker is a legal presenter in a smaller room. Ship the cabinet. Overlay the cut-off. Leave the well to the courts post.

Can we generate a bag of evidence so the bay looks in use?
No. A tagged bag is property you do not have, and often a replica of a private person’s things. Photograph the empty cabinet. Overlay the cut-off and the window hours you already post. Scale is a door, a number plate, or the grid already in the still.
Why not Imagen 4 the property room if we do not have a photo yet?
Imagen 4 is text-only. It cannot hold this corridor. It will invent tile, paint, and a cabinet that is not the serial on the work order. Get the empty-bay photo, or use Imagen 4 only for a closed cabinet still you will label as a render, never as the site.
One overlay or timed lines for cut-off?
One persistent hours badge is a single overlay on the whole file. Hours, then the claim cut-off, then a locker ID is timed overlays, with timestamps you set. Neither job transcribes. Neither job belongs in the Imagen prompt.
Is this the same job as the empty-well court film?
No. The courts post is architecture of a well that exists: no generated defendants. This page is the locker listing: empty cabinet, overlay cut-off, no generated property. Do not import a well into a bay because both buildings “feel civic.”
