    A shell-and-tube exchanger is a bundle, a shell, nozzles in a layout a process engineer already signed. The nameplate is the SKU: TEMA type, surface area, design pressures. Fog around a plant is not. Stamp the letters on this shell. Do not let a generate invent a second set of nozzles.

    TEMA type and area are the SKU

    Buyers are not shopping "industrial equipment, cinematic steam." They are matching BEM against AES, square feet or square metres of area, nozzle schedule, and whether the bundle is the one on the datasheet. The letters on the nameplate are the claim. A prettier shell with a different nozzle clock is a different duty.

    Do not generate a unit and present it as yours. A plant that booked an AES and received a video of a BEM has a legitimate complaint. Photograph the actual shell — saddle, nozzles, nameplate boss — or generate a catalog still whose only extra job is to carry the type string. Motion is allowed only after the letters and the nozzle layout are true.

    Photoreal models will give you a cylinder with a word-shaped smear where the nameplate should be. That is not a TEMA type. A video model asked to hold "AES 1240 ft²" will crawl the digits and, worse, wander the nozzles while it pretends to typeset. Generate the mark as a still. Then move the camera, if you move it at all.

    Ideogram stamps the shell; it does not redesign the bundle

    Ideogram V4 is the catalog row for words in the frame: text-to-image, 6 credits, posters and logos listed. Quote the string. "BEM" and the area are the brief, not "a heat exchanger with a model number." Case, alignment, how many lines. Proof at 100%. A wrong letter is a different TEMA type. A wrong area is a different duty.

    Open it from text-to-image. Crop until the nameplate is the subject, or brief a catalog plate of the shell you already photographed with the stamp as the only new pixels. Do not spend the lettering specialist on a wide plot where the unit is a grey lump and the letters are a rumour.

    One job for the type. TEMA type plus area is enough. Do not also ask for the full ASME stamp, the customer PO, and a URL in the same pass. Extra strings are where the miss lands. Legal and code marks that already exist as a photograph should stay in the photograph.

    If the nameplate is already on the shell in a photo you took, do not regenerate the lockup. Keep the photograph. Ideogram is for the graphic you do not have yet — a catalog corner, a cutsheet hero, a series stamp that has to read at thumbnail size.

    Product video after the letters lock, not instead of them

    AI product video is reference-to-video around the real object: two or three clean angles tell the model what must not change — shell, nozzles, saddle, colour — while camera and scene are allowed to move. That tool exists so the unit in the ad is your unit. It is not a typesetter. Fine text is the first thing any generative model loses. Zoom to 100% on the pack shot and read the plate before you ship.

    Use product video when the still is already honest: nameplate readable, nozzle clock matching the datasheet. Prompt only the camera. A slow orbit that keeps the shell. No new nozzle. No extra saddle. If you find yourself writing "add a steam plume and restyle the heads," you have left the SKU and gone shopping for a different duty.

    On-screen copy that is not already in the metal — a CTA, a series nickname, a "request the datasheet" line — is add a text overlay to a video. One authored line, whole clip, top / center / bottom. It does not transcribe. Type the string. Do not ask Ideogram to bake a CTA you will change next week, and do not ask the video model to paint it into the lagging.

    Can I prompt the TEMA type into a video model and skip Ideogram?

    No. Video is a bad typesetter and a worse mechanical designer. It will crawl the letters and wander the nozzles. Stamp the type with Ideogram V4 at 6 credits, or keep the photographed nameplate. Animate after.

    The shell photo already shows the nameplate. Do I still run Ideogram?

    No. Keep the photo. Ideogram is for type that is not in the file yet. Overlay any CTA. Send the real unit into product video only after you have read the plate at 100%.

    What if the generate looks like our shell but the nozzles moved?

    Then it is a different duty. Discard it. Reference angles exist so nozzle clock and saddle stay put. A prettier cousin unit is not your datasheet.

    Is the HVAC /for page close enough for this OEM?

    No. HVAC companies is seasonal residential and light-commercial service. Manufacturers is plant-floor capability. This job is the TEMA stamp on a photographed shell.
