Happy Horse is a talking generate: native audio, Foley, multilingual lip-sync. In this niche a mouth in scrubs is a constructed clinician.

    Synthetic presenters on health and finance are a YPP kill. Help's heading is "AI Personas Related to Sensitive Topics": personas as human experts on health, legal issues, finances, or politics. The worked example is an AI "doctor." Refractive surgery is health. A generated specialist plus "you should" is the kill.

    Device plates, not a diagnosing mouth

    The stills a clinic already owns are the content: the laser head, a diagnostic screen with identifiers stripped, an empty lane, the waiting room after hours. Those are plates. They do not examine a viewer. They show a room and a machine.

    A talking twin invented to explain those plates as treatment is the other object. Reviewers look at a channel's main theme, most-viewed, newest, and where watch time sits. Inauthentic content is a channel finding. Ten device stills plus one Happy Horse "refractive specialist" is a persona channel if the avatar is what people watch.

    Disclosure does not move a video out of the bucket. A labelled AI doctor is still an AI doctor. Fan funding and ads both sit behind Partner Program eligibility. Plan as if this bucket turns the module off.

    Do not generate a patient. A face on a laser bed is a person. A before/after of eyes you invented is a testimonial you did not collect and a likeness you do not have a grant for. Real patients with a replica clause — or no patients in the generate. Minors are a hard stop.

    Captions typeset the line you will stand behind

    If the clip needs words, write them onto the picture. Add captions to a video is the transcribe-and-burn path: speech in, timed type out, 165 languages, 21 BASIC presets at 1× and 9 DYNAMIC presets at 2×. It listens. It does not translate. It does not invent a clinician so the captions have a face.

    No speech on the file: overlay a line you authored. Hours, a booking URL, "results vary," the device name as a string you typed. Auto-captions fail on proper nouns. Read the transcript. Fix the laser name by hand. Then burn.

    A real, named, credentialed surgeon on camera is not the Help example. Caption that take. A fictional persona claiming that authority is. Keep the human as the source of any "you should." Generation can still do b-roll of empty rooms and titles. It cannot be the consult.

    Grammar that stays on the plate

    Third-person description of what a plate shows is not a treatment plan. Niches AI personas cannot monetize on YouTube is the rewrite: move the claim to a source on screen, or do not make the claim.

    • A still of a device with the model in an overlay is a plate.
    • "You are a candidate, book tonight" from a synthetic face is advice.
    • A generated patient pointing at a cornea is a persona you do not need.

    If you cannot watch the first thirty seconds and tell whether the video is showing a room or prescribing a procedure, rewrite until you can. Happy Horse in a white coat does not become a plate because the model is good at lips. Ship the device. Caption the line you will sign.

    Can I use Happy Horse if I never say "doctor"?

    Not if the persona still presents as a human expert giving health advice. Coat, "as your surgeon," "here is what you should do" — those are the framing Help described. A mascot pointing at a regulator page is a different shape. A diagnosing host is not.

    Do burned-in captions count as the presenter?

    No. Captions are typesetting. They are not a face claiming authority. Use transcribed subtitles when a real person spoke, and an overlay when you wrote the line. Do not generate a mouth so the captions have somewhere to live.

    Is a device close-up "health advice"?

    A labelled plate of a machine you operate is not the Help example. Telling a stranger whether to have surgery, in the voice of an invented specialist, is. Keep the still. Drop the protocol-from-a-persona.

    If we also post staff comedy, does one specialist clip kill YPP?

    Reviewers sample theme, most-viewed, newest, and watch time. One drift is a bad video. A catalogue of adviser episodes is a channel finding. Do not hide the persona format behind ten laser stills if the stills are not what people actually watch.
