One door. Captions. Omni multi-shot is a gag, not an auction.

A storage-auction clip that ships is a still of this locker, this roll-up, this unit number — then the speech on the file burned in so a muted feed can still follow the lot. It is not a six-shot gameshow with invented cameras. Kling 3 Omni multi-shot is not Movie Mode: Omni storyboards up to six shots inside one generate, usually a 15-second file. That is a bumper. It is not a walkthrough of a unit you actually have.

The lot is one door

Auction demand is a contents-and-access question. The frame that answers it is a closed or half-open door a bidder can recognise, a number that still reads at thumbnail size, and a caption that says what is in the bay. Inventing a prettier corridor with six angles does not answer "is this the locker on Saturday." It answers "does this look like a gameshow about storage."

Do not generate a facility and present it as the lot. Photograph the actual door. The still is the contract. Motion is allowed only after the still is true. A multi-shot restage will drift the hardware, the number plate, and the contents.

If the plate is already on the door, keep the photograph. Do not ask a video model to typeset the unit ID. The number is lettering that already exists in the file.

A six-shot gag is not an auction

Kling 3.0 Omni will take one prompt and return up to six distinct shots inside a single generation, with duration, angle and camera move specified per shot. You still pay for seconds, not for a storyboard add-on. Identities, grade and world have to survive inside that generate. There is no scene planner, no chain off the last frame, no voiceover pass, no combined 45-second export. You get one file with cuts in it.

Useful for a three-beat gag, a bumper, a motion sting where the value is the cut.

Not useful for:

• A locker that must match a still. Multi-shot restages. Restaging is drift.
• A talking auctioneer. The mouth is a different model family.
• Anything you would show as "the lot film."

Movie Mode is a different object again: chained scenes from a brief, 30–60+ seconds, VO and a combined export. Do not put a locker walkthrough through Movie Mode either. An auction clip is not a brand film. If you need coverage, stitch separate stills of this door in an editor. Omni is not that stitch.

Muted autoplay is how these clips get watched. Add captions to a video transcribes the spoken audio and burns styled, timed subtitles — VEED, 21 BASIC presets at 1×, 9 DYNAMIC presets at 2×, 165 language codes. It transcribes. It does not translate. It does not typeset a lot number nobody said.

If the host is talking, caption the file. If the unit ID, the bid increment, or the as-is line is not in the audio, that is an overlay you write, not a generate you hope will spell. Accuracy depends on audio clarity; a roll-up in a concrete corridor will degrade the transcript. Preview a style on the first seconds before you pay for a full DYNAMIC render on a long cut.

Omni will not caption the lot. A six-shot gag with invented speech is still a gag. Burn the real take.

FAQ

Can I prompt Omni to "just film the auction"?

You can. You will still get Omni: up to six shots inside one short generate, no scene planner, no VO pass. The model does not become a locker walkthrough because the prompt said auction. Pick the still. Then caption.

Does add-captions-to-video write the unit number for me?

Only if someone says it. The tool is speech-to-text on the video's own audio. A lot ID that lives on the door belongs in the photograph, or in an overlay you type.

Why not Movie Mode if I need more than 15 seconds?

Movie Mode is chained scenes plus VO plus a combined export. Planning cost is for a film. A locker still plus captions is a clip. Using Movie Mode for disposable auction inventory is the wrong object.

Should I generate a gameshow set and composite the real door later?

No. The door is the lot. Generating a studio around a restaged door is how the hardware drifts. Photograph the unit. Caption the take.
