The Cat-Faced Cabin Heist recipe is scenes you swap, not a new Omni board
/workflows/cat-faced-cabin-heist is a locked scene list. Recreate it; do not storyboard it again in Kling Omni.

The public recipe is a 16:9 3D animated short: a mother cat rescues her son from a hyena gang with a giant tarantula and a fake-gold trap. That is a scene graph — stills, I2V prompts, two spoken stems, refs, a named model — not a vibe. Opening Kling 3 Omni and asking for "six shots of a cat heist" is a new bumper that happens to contain a cabin.
Eight beats already named
The workflow object is specific:
- Aspect: 16:9
- Scenes: eight, eight seconds each, sixty-four seconds of finished tape
- Model on the recipe: Vidu Q3 Image to Video
- Credit estimate: 496 preview / 992 full
- Cast and set, as keys: White Mother Cat, Orange Cat (bananino), Hyena Leader, Hyena Soldiers, Giant Tarantula, Cat-Faced Cabin
The board is the scene names. You do not need a new one:
- The Kidnapping Starts — yarn ball, hyena shadow
- The Snatch — van doors; chains from scene one
- The Ransom Call — cage, flip phone; VO: bring the gold to the Cat Cabin
- The Fake Gold Trap — dirt spray-painted gold
- Arrival on the Spider — mother on the tarantula
- The Swap — sack of "gold," reunion
- The Trap is Set — lever, fuse; VO: hope you like the dirt
- The Big Blast — explosion, walk-away; chains from scene seven
Two scenes speak. Two chain off the previous clip. Omni does not inherit scene one's last frame into the van. Each beat is a still, then that still animated. Recreate materialises that graph. It does not guess a vibe.
Clone, then swap the cast — not the order
Recreate a viral template is the agent capability. The agent can describe a template's scenes, voiceover, and required assets before you commit. Clone copies scenes, style, and model into your account as a saved workflow. Cloning is free. The clone does not auto-run. Running afterward is billed like a full multi-scene generate, at the figure shown before dispatch.
Then you swap. New character stills on the same keys if mother and bananino are not your cats. Rewrite the two VO lines if the McGuffin changed. Do not merge the ransom call into the snatch to "save a scene." The formula is the list.
If the story is not a rescue-heist, pick a different public template. Do not keep this title and prompt a coffee bag through the tarantula. Eight scenes is not a small bill because Vidu Q3 I2V is the spend. Preview 496 versus full 992 is a resolution choice, not a reason to restoryboard.
Omni coverage will not hold a 64-second rescue
Kling 3 Omni multi-shot is not Movie Mode. Omni storyboards up to six cameras inside one generate, usually about fifteen seconds. The cats, the cabin, and the tarantula have to survive that single pass. There is no planner, no last-frame chain from the snatch into the cabin interior, no 64-second stitch. You get a bumper with cuts in it.
Useful for a three-beat gag. Useless for yarn → van → cage → dirt gold → tarantula → swap → fuse → blast with locked refs. Omni restages. Restaging is how bananino becomes a cousin and the cabin loses its cat face.
Movie Mode is chained scenes from a brief. This recipe is not that either. The plan is already written. Recreate it. Clone, change the McGuffin, keep the eight-second beats and the two chains. Do not open an Omni storyboard every Monday because last week's blast performed.
FAQ
Is Recreate the same as prompting "cat cabin heist" in Omni?
No. Recreate copies the public workflow — eight scenes, six assets, Vidu Q3 I2V, 496 / 992 credits when you run it. Omni is one generate with internal cuts, typically about fifteen seconds, up to six shots. Different objects. Different files.
Does cloning Cat-Faced Cabin Heist spend the 496 credits?
No. Clone is free. Credits apply when you run it, at the cost shown before dispatch. Swap stills and rewrite the two VO lines while it is still a draft.
Can I keep the eight-scene list and render it as Omni multi-shot?
Not as this recipe. Omni's cuts live inside one short generate. This heist is eight discrete I2V scenes with chains on the snatch and the blast. The object is the scene list. Omni storyboard syntax is a different file.
Do I have to keep the names mother and bananino?
No. Keep the reference-key pattern: one still per character, reused. Swap faces you have rights to. Do not let each scene invent a new cat.
