Kling motion. A twin presenter is the wrong object.

Tree-removal ads are a crown coming down, chips leaving the chute, a crane swinging a stem. That is physics in a short clip. It is not a digital twin of the owner talking to camera. Pick the motion row. Leave the mouth row alone.

The fall is the brief

Write what a bystander would film from the street: hinge, drop, bounce, chipper. Name camera and action. Do not name a person who then has to speak.

Turbo invents the scene because it is text-to-video. That is allowed when the subject is debris, not a face that has to match last week's crew. A crown may be "a large oak, mid-cut, falling away from the house." Truck livery and a finished stump that must match a photo are later stills on an image-to-video row. This generate is the fall.

Aspect is three choices. Prompting "cinematic widescreen" will not add 21:9. Start at 3s, 4s, or 5s. A 15-second silent miss is a long miss. The AI video generator is the door; the row is Turbo text-to-video.

Silent on purpose

Audio is off. Quoted dialogue will not become a stem. You may get a mouth that mimes. Defect if you meant a presenter; irrelevant if nobody talks.

Score after picture lock: music, off-screen VO, captions for mute autoplay. Do not lay a voice on a closed Kling face. If we see lips, wrong family. If we see falling wood, silence plus a later bed is the honest file.

This is not Kling V3 motion control. Motion control copies a performance from a driving clip. Tree removal is invented physics from a paragraph, not a dance transfer.

A twin is a different object

HeyGen Avatar V5 builds a talking double from enrollment footage: same face, a script, no camera that day. Useful for a weekly Q&A. Useless as a substitute for a stem coming down.

A twin cannot drop a crown. It can only describe dropping a crown. Spend Turbo on the hinge. If you also need a talking owner, that is a second file on a talking row, cut in after — not a Turbo prompt that says "and then he explains."

Would you film this from the street?

Yes — debris, crane, chipper — stay on Turbo. Generate short. Caption later.

"We need the owner on camera every Tuesday" is a presenter series. Change the object. Do not force the twin through Turbo because the motion clip was cheap.

Pause the frame. Wood in the air: right row. A jaw: wrong row.

FAQ

Can Kling 3 Turbo narrate the safety briefing in-shot?

No. audio is false. A briefing is a talking-head or a VO file. Generate the fall here. Put speech on a native-audio or TTS row, and only put it on a mouth you can see if that mouth was generated to speak.

Should I start from a photo of the actual tree?

Not on this slug. Turbo text-to-video does not require an image. If the specific tree, truck, or yard must match a listing photo, that is image-to-video on a different row, after the still is locked. Debris b-roll can be invented.

Is a digital twin cheaper than filming the crew?

That is a different brief. A twin is priced as a talking generate. Turbo is priced as a silent motion plate. Comparing them as substitutes is how you buy a presenter and still have no fall footage.

Why not motion-control the chipper from phone video?

You can, on a motion-control slug, if you already have the performance. Most tree-removal ads do not. They need invented physics from text. That is Turbo. Do not puppeteer a still because the word "motion" appeared in both names.
