Only if the welcome line is the file — a presenter, not a twin of your actual concierge — and you do not imply that face works at the desk. The tour plates should still be I2V of the real corridor. Do not let the avatar walk a generated wing.
Why Seedance 2.5 instead of a short cinematic model?
