Diegetic click vs identity: pick one row. A connector is a part. The listing either needs the sound of the click or it needs the part to remain itself. Those are two image-to-video jobs. Running both and hoping the mash is a SKU is how the housing morphs while a phantom click plays over a cousin of the product.

The pin, the latch, the housing colour, the logo that will be on the bag — that is a photograph or a still you already approved. It is not a paragraph about "satisfying mechanical click, macro, studio." Paragraphs invent parts.
Image-to-video does not get to reopen the drawing. Frame one is the file you sent. Crop the still to the platform ratio before you upload. Vidu Q3 Image to Video has no aspect-ratio list; the frame is inferred from the image. Seedance 2.5 Image to Video will hold the still you give it. Neither row will find the SKU in a sentence.
If the still would not go on the datasheet, stop. Every second of video from a melted housing is waste.

Vidu Q3 I2V turns a static image into a clip. Image required. Audio on. Max output 1080p (360p / 540p / 720p / 1080p listed). Durations are only 5s, 10s, and 15s. Sixteen credits is the listed figure; the row is discounted (the matrix shows 50% on the resolution tiers).
generate_audio defaults on. A silent brief still gets a mix. Write the click into the 5-second prompt if the click is why someone stops: latch, detent, housing settling. That is diegetic sound with the picture, not a SFX library you lay later. It is still I2V, not lipsync. Five seconds is the shortest legal take. If motion fails in five, you do not have a 3-second cheaper retry on this slug.
Use Vidu when the product is the click. A part nobody would recognise from the sound belongs on the identity argument instead.
Identity is Seedance's hold

If you need both a perfect housing and a perfect click in one file, you still pick one generate as the hero. Comp a SFX bed onto an identity pass if you must. Do not interpolate two models and call the middle the SKU.

Can I run Vidu and Seedance and pick the better click?
You can. You will have two different parts. The click that "won" may be the clip where the housing moved. Pick the job first: sound or identity.
Does Vidu Q3 require the macro still?
Yes. Image-to-video, image required. Aspect comes from that file. Crop before upload.
Why not a 3-second Vidu hit?
This ladder is 5s, 10s, 15s. The shortest test is five seconds. If you needed three, you needed a different I2V row.
Is Seedance's native audio enough for the click?
It generates audio with the picture. It is not why you pick the row. Pick Seedance to hold the part. Pick Vidu when the mix is the demo. Do not use a 30-second identity pass as a foley session.
