Diaper packs: I2V the polybag; do not generate a baby
Count and size on the pack are overlay. A synthetic infant is a kill.
Count and size on the pack are overlay. A synthetic infant is a kill.
A diaper ad that has to ship is the polybag you already approved — print, colourway, count badge, size run — moving just enough to prove it is a real pack. A baby in frame is a minor. A baby you invented is a minor you did not have a grant for, a testimonial you did not collect, and a likeness you cannot walk back. Animate the bag. Leave infants out of the generate.
The polybag is the plate
The buyer recognises the pack on the shelf, not a generated nursery. Labels, count, size, and the print that is actually on this SKU have to survive the clip. Text-to-video will invent a prettier bag with a melted badge. That is a failed SKU, not a lifestyle upgrade.
Image-to-video starts from the frame you upload. Frame one is the file. The AI product video generator is the same still-to-motion job when the subject is a pack. Photograph the bag square, light it so the print reads, crop the crew’s hands out if they are not the product. Then prompt camera only: a slow orbit, a gentle settle, a crinkle that does not rewrite the artwork.
Seedance 2.5 is the still-to-motion family: four to thirty seconds, native audio, 720p on the I2V row, 47 credits, optional last frame when the move has a destination. A pack turn needs the approved bag, moving — not a mood. Thirty seconds in one pass is how the print holds. Stitching four short T2V clips around a diaper SKU is how the count badge drifts.
Do not prompt “a peaceful newborn on a changing table in 4K.” Do not ask the model to “add a cute baby for scale.” Scale is a size line you already printed. The still is the cheap place to lock it.
Count and size are overlay
If the live bag still has the correct count and size, keep them in the photograph. If the still is a shared pack shot and this SKU’s count is different, do not ask the video model to typeset “Size 3 · 92.” It will invent a cousin number. Burn the line you wrote with a text overlay: one authored string, whole clip, top / center / bottom. It does not transcribe. It does not guess the carton.
Native audio on Seedance 2.5 is bag physics — a crinkle, a quiet pad — not a pediatric read. Write the mix (rustle, or silence) or you get a soundtrack you did not choose. Quoted care lines in the prompt do not become a lawful voice. They become a mouth, or they become a claim with no person behind it.
Do not:
- Prompt the model to redraw the count badge mid-clip.
- Generate a “newborn” callout as glyphs in the picture.
- Treat a talking insert as the place the size run lives.
The pack art is the contract. Overlay is the SKU string. Generation is the camera.
A synthetic infant is a kill
Minors are a hard stop. Do not generate a baby. Do not generate a toddler “just in the background.” Do not age up a family photo. Do not put a photoreal infant on the polybag as a lifestyle proof. A generated child in a diaper ad is a person who does not exist using a product, which is how a clip starts reading as proof of comfort, overnight dryness, or skin outcome you did not measure.
A real parent’s baby, on camera, with a grant that names replica and advertising use, is a different object — and it is a shoot, not a prompt. A standard photo release from a catalog day does not automatically cover generating new footage of that child. If you do not have that grant, you do not have a baby in the ad.
A synthetic sleeper who “finally rests” is also a testimonial. Fabricated proof is fabricated proof. Real families, with written consent, on camera, or no families in the generate.
Health-adjacent talk on a constructed mouth — rash, breathing, “what you should buy for that newborn” — sits next to the same YouTube expert-persona problem that kills health talking heads. The bag does not need a pediatrician. It needs the print to hold.
This is not the baby-product-brands page
Baby product brands is a nearby audience with a different job: exhausted parents, in-home use, a one-handed setup at a real hour. That page is the lived night. This page is the polybag SKU. Do not rewrite the parent page as a pack orbit, and do not import its “in genuine use” brief as a license to generate an infant.
Childcare-center content is a facility plate. This job is a carton. If the buyer has to recognise the bag on a shelf or a PDP, you are here. If the buyer has to see a named parent using a product they actually own, that parent has to be real, granted, and not a model child.
The test is a pause on the label. If the count is wrong, the take is waste. If there is a baby you did not film, the take is a kill. Fix the still. Overlay the size. Animate the bag.
FAQ
Can I generate a sleeping newborn if the face is obscured?
No. A baby in a diaper ad is still a minor. A crop does not anonymise a replica. A bundled shape the model “filled in” is still a generated infant. Use the polybag still.
Why Seedance 2.5 instead of text-to-video a nursery?
Because T2V re-decides the pack every take, and it will put a child in the room. Seedance 2.5 is the still-to-motion family: 4–30s, 720p, native audio, 47 credits, from the bag you already approved. Identity of the SKU is the job. A nursery is a different generate you do not need.
Where do pack count and size go if the still is a shared plate?
On an overlay you wrote, after picture lock. Do not ask the video model to letter the run. If the still already has the correct badge, keep it and prompt the camera only.
What if we have a real parent video with consent?
Then that is a shoot, not this I2V job. Read the grant. Use of a home video is not permission to generate new infant performances. Keep the real tape. Animate the bag on a separate file.
