A dive shop that sells a first stage cannot ship an eight-second invented ocean and hope the ports still match the case. Underwater atmosphere is a cinematic physics clip. The SKU is a still you already approved. Veo 3.1 and Seedance 2.5 Image to Video are those two jobs. Averaging them in one prompt is how the badge drifts while the water still looks cheap.
Underwater is Veo's job, not a pack-shot prompt

Do not write "our first stage, exact SKU, photoreal, underwater" into Veo and call it a product film. There is no still. The model invents the frame and the water together. You will get a prettier regulator that is not the one on the peg.
Use Veo when the shot has no badge to audit: a wide of blue, a bubble stream, a 4K plate for the site header, a spoken line from an instructor you actually enrolled. Eight seconds is the long end on this row. None of that reprints a serial.
The regulator is a still Seedance is allowed to move
Seedance 2.5 I2V animates a single still into a continuous clip at up to 720p, four to thirty seconds, native audio with the picture. Image required. Forty-seven credits listed. Split the week; do not average the models

No. A paragraph is not a silkscreen. Veo will give you cinematic metal in water. The diver will compare it to the unit on the wall. Make the still, then animate it.
Is 720p Seedance enough for a product-page loop?
For feed and most web loops, yes. This I2V endpoint tops out at 720p. If the master must be 4K, generate the water or hero plate on Veo and keep identity on the locked still.
Should the descent and the SKU be one thirty-second Seedance take?
Only if the still already contains both, and you are asking for camera and light — not for the model to invent a reef that was not in the frame. A studio pack shot will not become an honest blue-water film because you asked for bubbles.
When is Veo the right first generate for a dive shop?
When there is no SKU in the shot: always-on dialogue, a 4K cinematic, water as the subject. The moment the first stage has to match a part number, leave Veo and go I2V.
