Do not first-last a pour still to a chassis still. Two different objects is a morph. First-last as the product-turn model is for a bottle that remains the bottle. A cup that becomes a machine is not a turn.

Do not send the machine still to Vidu because you liked the crema. Q3 will move the badge too. Do not send the pour still to Seedance for thirty seconds of espresso. A long identity pass on a cup close-up is how the crema becomes a second liquid. Native audio is on for both. Write quiet if you will score later. Neither row is lipsync.

Pause both files. Is the stream the pour you photographed, and is the badge the machine you sell? Yes: cut them. No: you used one still for two jobs.

FAQ

Can Vidu Q3 do an 8-second pour?

Not on this ladder. Durations are 5s, 10s, and 15s. Write the pour to five seconds, or buy ten and cut. If you needed 8s as a native length, that is a different image-to-video row.

Why not Seedance for the pour too?

You can animate a pour still on Seedance. You will spend a 4–30s identity endpoint on liquid, at a 720p ceiling, while the row's job is holding a lockup. Vidu Q3 is the motion-generation, 1080p, 5 / 10 / 15s pour card. Keep Seedance for the machine plate.

Will Vidu invent the logo if I crop tight on the cup?

It will animate whatever is in the still. A tiny badge in the corner is not a product shot. Crop the pour as a pour. Shoot a second still for the lockup. Two rows.

Does either row stay silent if I omit sound?

Catalog audio is true on both. A silent brief can still come back with a bed. Write quiet, or plan to duck. Do not discover a soundtrack at export and then blame the pour.
