Warehouse cinema — a Veo aisle of invented pallets and photoreal operators — is extras. Photograph the truck. Animate the mast. Burn the rating you will stand behind. Leave the people out of the generate.
The mast still is the SKU
The buyer is matching iron: uprights, carriage, fork length, overhead guard, the load backrest on this series. Text-to-video asked for “a forklift in a busy warehouse at golden hour” will invent a cousin truck in a cousin aisle. The dealer who stocks the row will see the miss before they see the logo.
Photograph the unit square to the mast, or three-quarter if that is the catalog cut. Guard in frame. Fork tips readable. No operator in the seat. Empty is the spec.
Image-to-video starts from the frame you upload. Frame one is the file. The prompt is camera and physics: mast rises, forks hold, chassis locked, no new aisle, no new person. Re-describing the truck in the paragraph is how the model starts drawing a second mast. Veo 3.1 is native audio, official 4K tier, 4 / 6 / 8 second clips. It is a good cinematic talking row. It is a bad nameplate row. A paragraph that says “warehouse hero, operators, five-thousand-pound forklift” will still draw letterforms and still grow people. Those letterforms will not be your legal string. Those people will not work for you. 4K does not fix a wrong glyph. Eight seconds of a pretty bay with a hallucinated plate is an expensive miss.
The truck job is I2V from the still, then overlay. The capacity belongs in the overlay, not in the Veo prompt.
Warehouse extras are not this OEM
A generated operator in the seat is a likeness and a safety problem. You did not photograph that body. You did not clear that face. Catalog motion does not need it. A seat-belt demo is a real named person, or it is an empty truck. Do not prompt “anonymous driver, no face.” A body without a face is still a body.
