A label does not create a grant. “Generic person on a treatment couch” is not a defence if you seeded a real headshot, a review photo, or last year’s open-day still.
Do not prompt a photoreal patient in a gown. Do not generate a caregiver at the table. Do not invent “scale” sitters in the maze. Invented patients who look comforted by your gantry are fabricated testimonials on a medical device.
Minors are a hard stop. No synthetic child on a pediatric couch, no “aged-up” school photo, no generated grandchild watching from the maze. Shoot empty rooms that are yours, or staff who signed a replica grant for this use. Generation can still do the empty vault. It cannot be the body.
A clinician mouth is a different kill
A generated radiation oncologist, physicist, or therapist who advises is the second kill. YouTube’s inauthentic-content third bucket is AI-generated personas that present as human experts on health. A constructed specialist plus “here is what you should expect from IMRT” is that shape. Labelling the face AI does not leave the bucket. Keep clinical lines off synthetic mouths.
Hours, energy, a campus name — those are strings you typed after picture lock, not a VO Hailuo cannot mint anyway. A mute vault has nothing to transcribe. Do not ask the video row to letter a dose into the gantry.
