Words are the product.

A stationery cover that ships is a lockup a buyer can still read in a screenshot: the line on the notebook, the invitation headline, the card that is the merch. That type lives in the pixels. It is not a caption you will change next Tuesday, and it is not a photoreal texture that sort of says the brand. Cover type is the merch

The type is inside the pixels. A viewer who screenshots the file still gets the line. That is the job for a greeting-card front, a notebook cover, a save-the-date, a pack line that has to read at thumbnail size. It is not the job for a ninety-word column of body copy. Ideogram is strong on short-to-medium on-image copy — a headline, a subhead, a three-word stamp. Ask it for a newspaper and you have routed a page to a poster engine.

Quote the string. Specify case, alignment, how many lines. "Happy birthday, you menace." is the brief, not "a cute card with a greeting." Proof at 100%. A wrong letter is a different SKU.

If the client already has a lockup in vector, do not regenerate the lockup. Generate the scene and composite the real mark. Ideogram is for type that does not exist as a file yet — campaign lines, card lettering, a cover that is the asset.

The text-to-image tool is the door. requires_image is false. No duration. No video resolution. No audio — there is no audio on an image. V4 will not speak. It will typeset.

Flux-family plates will invent a word-shaped texture that looks like a brand name at 400px and falls apart at 100%. Sending cover copy to a photoreal workhorse is how you get ACME, ACNE, and ACNIE in a four-image grid. Stationery cannot ship that.

Stay in Ideogram's own lab if the whole week is posters. Use Versely if V4 is the words-in-the-frame row and the other half of the week is overlay captions, a vector mark, or a video file that should not have baked headlines.

A line that will change — a seasonal sticker, a URL, a "while supplies last" — belongs in an overlay. Baking that line into Ideogram and then filming it is how a caption becomes a regenerate. Pick the object.

A cover line that is the product belongs in V4. Overlay will not survive a thumbnail of the merch. The screenshot is the SKU.

Do not animate until the still reads. Image-to-video is the next row after you would actually print the PNG. Prompt only the camera: slow push, no morph, type stays the type. If the video model restypes the headline, the still was not held as frame one — or you accidentally used text-to-video and described the cover again.

Wrong type in a 6-credit PNG is a reroll. Wrong type in a clip is a restype you will watch for eight seconds. Stationery should never buy the clip first.
