Structure it as three problems solved, in order of how often they come up in sales calls:

The pipeline breaks at review, every time. Three mechanics fix most of it:
- Two review gates, not rolling feedback. Gate one at T-7 on the hero cut (message, claims, legal). Gate two at T-3 on the derivative set (visual only — message is already approved). Anything raised outside a gate goes to the next launch.
