A copper-brazed plate pack is a cassette, four ports, a stack of plates a process engineer already signed. The port DN is the SKU: DN20, DN25, DN32, the thread or flange you actually machine. Steam around a shell is not. Stamp the letters on this cassette. Do not let a generate invent a second pair of ports.
Heat-exchanger model numbers live on the shell in Ideogram already owns the TEMA type and area on the photographed shell. That is a bundle, a saddle, nozzles in a clock. This page is leftover cassette. Do not restamp a shell nameplate onto a brazed pack.
Port DN is not a shell nameplate
Buyers are not shopping “industrial equipment, cinematic steam.” They are matching port size against the piping they already ran, plate count, copper braze versus nickel, whether the cassette is the one on the data sheet. The letters on the port are the claim. A prettier pack with a different DN is a different duty.
Do not generate a unit and present it as yours. A plant that booked DN32 and received a video of DN50 has a legitimate complaint. Photograph the actual cassette — ports, braze colour, hanging holes — or generate a catalog still whose only extra job is to carry the DN string. Motion is allowed only after the letters and the port clock are true.
Photoreal models will give you a silver brick with a word-shaped smear where the port stamp should be. That is not a DN. A video model asked to hold “DN25” will crawl the digits and, worse, wander the ports while it pretends to typeset. Generate the mark as a still. Then move the camera, if you move it at all.
Manufacturers already have a surface for the factory floor. That page is the plant. This page is one cassette’s port stamp. HVAC contractor pages own seasonal prep for air handlers and furnaces. A copper-brazed DN is not a pre-summer AC check. Do not rewrite either. Do not drop this SKU into a residential tune-up reel, and do not drop it into the shell post.

Resolution is unset on this record — do not invent a 4K badge. Quote the string. "DN25" and "copper-brazed" are the brief, not “a heat exchanger with a model number.” Case, alignment, how many lines. Proof at 100%. A wrong digit is a different port. A wrong braze word is a different alloy.
Generate an image from text is the named agent job: describe the still, the agent asks about style, aspect, and count, then picks a fitting image model — or uses the one you name. Cost is priced per model, shown before you confirm. Name Ideogram V4 when the DN is the product. A bare “make me a brazed-plate hero” is how you get a cinematic shell. The agent will not publish a data sheet. It typesets a picture of a stamp.
Open the still from text-to-image if you are picking the row yourself. Crop until the port is the subject. Do not spend the lettering specialist on a wide plant where the cassette is a grey lump and the letters are a rumour.

Overlay the line you will stand behind
On-screen copy that is not already in the metal — a CTA, a series nickname, a “request the data sheet” line — is add a text overlay to a video. One authored line, whole clip, top / center / bottom. It does not transcribe. Type the string. Do not ask Ideogram to bake a CTA you will change next week, and do not ask a video model to paint it into the plates.
If the clip walks a row of cassettes and the DN changes per unit, that is several authored lines with timestamps — still your strings, still not generated glyphs. Do not ask the model to read the port face. You already read the drawing.
Lock the plate first: a photo of the cassette, a slow hold if you need motion on the pack. Then print. A DN burned on a cassette that does not exist is still a false DN. Crop to the ratio you will ship before you overlay. Picture lock, then type. Port maps change. The cassette should not.

Motion is optional and last. A push off an approved cassette describes only the camera. Do not re-describe the DN in a video paragraph. Motion will not correct a misspelled port. No. Keep the photo. Ideogram is for type that is not in the file yet. Overlay any CTA. Send the real unit into motion only after you have read the port at 100%.
