FAQ
Can I create_hook_pack while the body generates, to save time?
You can parallelize spend. You cannot parallelize lock. A pack aimed at a body that dies is a pack you will not use. Generate the body, then the pack, or accept wasted openers on purpose.
Does list_hooks apply the clip for me?
No. Browse, then a separate edit tool. That gap is useful: you can look without compositing a miss.
Should the hook be natively 9:16?
Match the body's destination ratio, after you know it. Hooking a 16:9 body you will later crop clips the opener.
Is a title card a hook?
No. A title card is type on the existing file. A hook is often a different shot in front. Type waits. Openers wait. Body first.
