AI image-to-video is the tool: your upload is frame one. Trees, headstone layout, and light survive because they were already in the file. A text-to-video "cinematic cemetery at dusk with a family in mourning" invents the family. That is the failure.
The still is the grounds you already photographed
A cemetery operator already has the still that matters: the property. Shoot it, or pull a frame you would print on a brochure. If that still would not go on the website, do not buy motion. Lock the still before you spend on motion is the credit argument and the ethics argument. Video credits are a terrible way to discover the chapel is the wrong chapel.
