CNC: chip motion is Kling; the part still is Seedance

Split jobs. Chip spray is motion without a SKU. The finished part is a SKU. Kling 3 Turbo will invent a satisfying arc of chips from a paragraph. Seedance image-to-video will hold the part you already photographed. Forcing either row to do the other job is how a quote video gets a melted bore, or a silent plate where you needed a number.

Split the motion from the part

A shop-floor buyer is not hiring atmosphere. They are checking whether you cut this geometry. CNC shop video already said the quiet part: generic manufacturing b-roll is discounted on sight, and a generated drawing is a false capability claim.

What generation is allowed to do is the leftover motion you cannot schedule — chips in the air, coolant as weather, an establishing dusk exterior of a building you own. That leftover is not the part. Name the leftover, then pick the row.

Kling 3 Turbo text-to-video is the fast silent plate: audio off, 3s through 15s, 1080p, 16:9 / 9:16 / 1:1, twelve credits listed (ten when the discount applies). Prompt the chips, not the print. Do not describe a tolerance. Do not describe a customer part. Lock the still is the opposite contract — use it when identity exists.

Kling for chips, not for the SKU

Turbo has audio false. A silent prompt here yields silence. Plan music, shop tone you recorded, or voiceover after picture lock — and only when we do not see a mouth. Quoted dialogue in a Kling prompt will not become a stem. You will get a silent mime of a machinist you also should not have generated.

Start at 3s, 4s, or 5s. A 15-second silent miss is a long miss. Aspect is three options; "cinematic widescreen" in the prompt will not add 21:9. Identity that must match a finished part does not belong in a Turbo paragraph. That paragraph will sample another guess of a bracket.

Seedance for the still you already measured

Photograph a part you own — a house coupon, a demo widget, stock you are allowed to show. Not an NDA'd customer piece. Not a controlled drawing. Image-to-video keeps that photograph as frame one. Seedance 2.5 is the family for the hold: four to thirty seconds, native audio, 720p on the image-to-video endpoint, optional last frame when the shot has to land on a second approved angle — as-machined to inspected.

Prompt only the camera. A slow orbit around the real part. Do not prompt "hold ±0.0005 on the bore." Numbers belong in timed text you typed, over the still, so an engineer can correct a digit without regenerating a chip storm.

Manufacturers already sit on footage competitors cannot fake. Generated chips can dress that footage. Generated parts cannot replace it. If the job is controlled, nothing about it is a prompt — not the fixture, not the traveller, not the whiteboard. Split the jobs before the camera comes out, not in the model picker.

FAQ

Can Kling 3 Turbo invent the part if I describe the print well?

No. Description is not a CMM. You will get a cousin geometry. Photograph the part you are allowed to show and run Seedance I2V. Use Kling for motion that has no SKU.

Why not one Seedance take of the machine cutting?

Because the machine-and-part identity is footage you already own, and a generate that implies your spindle, your fixture, and your cycle time is a capability claim. Film the cut. Generate the chip weather. Overlay the number.

Does Kling 3 Turbo add cutting sound if I prompt "real shop audio"?

No. audio is false. Record the enclosure, or score later. Do not file a bug on a silent row.

Can I last-frame from chips to the finished part?

Only if both stills are photographs you are entitled to show. First-last is two approved frames, not a prompt that "ends on inspection." Inspection is a real CMM reading, typed, on a real part.
