EPDM pinch sleeves interpolate closed to open at 9cr

A pinch-valve listing that converts is elastomer travel: the same EPDM sleeve, pinched shut, then open on the same body, same flanges, same tube ID. Interpolation between those two stills is the ad. A generated sleeve that fattens the bore on the way open is a different valve. Photograph both states. Interpolate. Leave the lecture off the generate.

Closed, then open, same sleeve

Procurement is matching a pinch sleeve: this elastomer, this flange, this ID. Closed is the sleeve flattened so nothing passes. Open is that same tube restored on that same body. Photograph that pair. Do not prompt a cousin pinch valve with a prettier gloss and a different bore.

Keep the sleeve large in frame. The pinch line is the claim this is a pinch valve, not a weir cousin or a diaphragm. If the still hides the pinch, the interpolate will not invent an honest one. Crop people. Crop a plant hall you did not film.

Manufacturers is the plant page. This leftover is one sleeve, two states. Mixproof seats and ball quarter-turns are other leftovers. Do not twin them. Photograph the valve square-on. Sleeve shut. Pinch readable. That is frame A. Do not touch the tripod. Open the same sleeve to the ID you sell. Same body, same flanges, same elastomer. That is frame B.

First-last frame takes those two stills and generates the motion between them. Ordinary image-to-video knows where it begins and improvises the rest. First-last has to land. The two frames have to be connectable: same serial, same flanges, same lens height, same lighting family. A closed 50 mm sleeve into an open 80 mm cousin is a morph of the SKU.

Prompt the travel, not the objects. “Sleeve opens on the same body, tube ID static, camera locked, no new flanges.” Re-describing “EPDM pinch valve, 2 inch, food grade” restages the hardware. The stills already contain the class.

Do not treat a loop (same still in both slots) as a pinch demo. A loop is ambient motion on one plate. This offer needs two states.

VEO First Last Frame interpolates first and last frames: requires an image, native audio, 4s / 6s / 8s, up to 4K, listed 40 credits. A sleeve open does not need a cinematic mouth. Write the mix or write silence. Eight seconds of 4K on Veo if the specifier will pause on the pinch line. Ten to twenty seconds on Flux 3 if the elastomer needs time to read. Do not stitch both rows. Stitching is how the bore breathes.

Iterate at 5s or 6s until the ID holds. A 20-second miss is a long miss of the same warp. Inspect the midpoint. Ends are held by construction. The middle is where a generator cheats — extra wrinkle, a second pinch, an ID that fattens. If the middle is wrong, reroll the motion, not the stills, unless a still was the lie.

This is not ordinary image-to-video from one still. One image is open-ended motion. Two images is a bounded landing. Missing the open sleeve is a different job. A single-image wiggle that leaves the pinch shut is not an open.

Tube ID cannot morph

Geometry is the claim. Wall, flange, the number of bolts, the brand lockup on the body. Flux will connect whatever you give it. If frame B is a different SKU, the connection is a different valve. Buyers notice that before they notice your logo.

Do not:

• Use a last frame from a competitor’s sleeve “because the open looks cleaner.”
• Prompt “improve the ID” or “smoother bore” while interpolating. That is a new mold.
• Swap EPDM for a different elastomer in the second still and call it the same product.
• Start from a paragraph about “a pinch valve opening on a slurry line.” That rebuilds the body.

Tube ID is a claim. The bore already lives in the photographs. A generate that “opens” by growing the ID is a different SKU. If a 50 becomes an 80 for six frames, throw the take out.

If the photographed sleeve already carries a sharp stamp you would ship, keep it. Do not “enhance” the stamp. Overlay the figure number after picture lock. Do not ask the interpolate to typeset DN on the body.

Overlay the bore; skip the talking tech

Bore, elastomer grade, and fail position belong as type you typed, not as glyphs Flux painted into the bench. Write a clean plate: sleeve in frame, no readable spec.

Add a text overlay burns one authored line for the whole clip — top, center, or bottom. Type the ID exactly as the cut sheet states. Overlay after picture lock. Swap DN50 for the next SKU without regenerating the open.

Skip a talking valve tech. A constructed engineer prescribing a slurry spec is a presenter you did not hire. Native audio will add a bed. Do not write a voiceover into the interpolation prompt. Lips do not belong on this SKU.

Pause the last frame. Is that the sleeve you sell, open, same ID? If a bore appeared or vanished, you asked the model to redesign the tube.

FAQ

Can I animate one photo of the shut sleeve and hope it opens?

You can. The ending is then the model’s guess. A pinch-valve ad is the open sleeve on the same body, tube ID unchanged. Pin that still as the last frame or you are not selling the travel.

Why Flux 3 instead of a talking-head model?

Because the product is interpolation between two approved stills, not a mouth. Flux 3 first-last is 5s–20s, 720p/1080p, native audio, 9 credits per second. A presenter row will talk over a valve it invented.

Do the two photos have to be shot on the same day?

They have to share geometry. Same sleeve, same flanges, same lens family, same lighting neighbourhood. A noon still into a night still is a time-lapse you should prompt as one. A different ID is a morph.
