Cut a single video down to one or more time ranges and concatenate the kept ranges into a single output video. Covers three intents in one tool: (1) TRIM — pass one segment to keep just [start, end). (2) CUT OUT a middle section — pass two segments [0, badStart] and [badEnd, end] to skip the unwanted middle.
