How the words move
Words fade up on a black band; the key word turns to large italic.
When to use Magazine captions
Spaced serif caps on a black band with the key word in lowercase italic, like a fashion cover line. For fashion, beauty and luxury brands.
How to add Magazine captions to a video
1. Open Captions
On Versely Web or in the iPhone app, open Captions and upload a video of up to 200 MB, or press Add captions on anything you made in Versely.
2. Check the words
Versely writes down what is said and times every word. Fix a name or a misheard word before anything renders.
3. Pick Magazine
It is in the On a box group. It plays over your own video; put it at the bottom, middle or top.
4. Export
You get an MP4 with the captions burned in, ready for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. Free on videos up to 10 minutes.
Free on the web and on iPhone, one account.
