Listing video: the address still is the contract

I2V the MLS photo. T2V invents a different house.

I2V the MLS photo. T2V invents a different house. A buyer who already drove the street will reject a clip that grew a second chimney, a different island, or a backyard the survey does not have. That is a different address. Motion is allowed. Invention is not.

The listing still is the contract. Animate that still. Do not prompt "a sunlit colonial with a chef's kitchen" and hope the model remembers the property.

The address lives in the MLS still

A listing video is not a lifestyle reel. You are moving this house: the facade in slot one, the kitchen on the flyer, the yard a neighbour already knows. Text-to-video has no plate. It samples an average house. Average is not this address.

Image-to-video starts from the frame you upload. Frame one is the MLS file. Windows and siding survive because they were already in the picture. Seedance 2.5 Image to Video is the still-to-motion row: one locked frame into a continuous clip, four to thirty seconds, up to 720p, native audio with the picture, optional last frame when the move has a destination — exterior to an approved porch still. Image required. Forty-seven credits listed. Features: image-to-video, first frame, last frame, long form, audio sync.

Prompt only the camera. A slow push down the hall that is in the photo. Parallax on a window that is already there. Do not re-describe the house. Re-describing is how the model starts drawing a second house.

If the still would not ship as an MLS hero, stop. Lock the still before you spend on motion. Relight and crop on the file. Do not ask motion to invent a sunset that was never on that street.

    Text-to-video samples a different house

A paragraph that says "luxury listing reveal, golden hour, marble kitchen" is a brief for a house that does not exist. The model has to pick a kitchen. It will pick a prettier one. It will also be the wrong address.

Image-to-video versus text-to-video is the fork. Here the miss is not a wasted take. It is a tour of a property you do not list.

Last frame is a second approved MLS photo. Exterior to interior only when both stills already exist. A morph from a facade to an invented loft sells a floor plan you do not have.

Write quiet on the Seedance take if a voiceover will land later. A talking agent is a different job. AI video for real estate agents is the personal-brand half: the agent's face, a walkthrough they will stand behind. This page is only the listing still. Do not mix those briefs in one generate.

Camera along rooms you already photographed

    Production order:

    1. Approve the MLS set. Even light, rooms tagged, no staging you will not honour on showing day.
    2. Animate the hero stills. Seedance I2V, a length you would ship — a push, a hold, not a two-second wiggle.
    3. Caption after. Price, beds, the address string belong in type you wrote. Video models do not typeset an MLS line.

Do not generate a "better" island. Do not grow a pool. Those are claims. A buyer who walks the house will notice them before they notice your logo.

Seedance I2V is still the still-to-motion job is the router. Pause on the island. If the stone does not match slot one, throw the clip away. Do not regenerate as text-to-video.

    FAQ

Can I prompt "match this MLS" in text-to-video instead of uploading it?

No. A sentence is not a plate. The model will still invent the house. Upload the MLS photo to image-to-video and describe only the camera.

Does animating the listing photo replace the listing photo?

No. Slot one is still the photograph. The video is supporting motion of that photograph. Do not swap in a generated still as the main image.

Can last-frame take me from the street to a room I never shot?

Not honestly. Last frame is a second approved still of this property. If you do not have the room, shoot it. Interpolating toward a guess is a different address.

Should the agent's face be generated into the listing clip?

No. This page is the house. If the agent should appear, film them, or use the real estate agents lane for personal-brand work. A generated agent is a private person you did not hire.
