AI Commercial & Ad Production Studios 2026
Reviewed list of 9 AI commercial and ad production studios for brand and agency buyers, with named spots, public rates, and clearance notes.
Brand teams and agencies buying a commercial can shortlist from the nine AI production studios below. Each studio has a named spot or campaign a buyer can open: Super Bowl films, a sports-finals ad, a fashion commercial, hybrid live-action work, and broadcast-ready campaign films.
We checked each company's own site and named work. Rates are quoted only where the company or a public directory states them. Reviewed 2026-09-05. A wider production shortlist sits in Best AI Video Production Companies 2026. Cost bands by deliverable sit in how much an AI commercial costs.

AI commercial studios working with brands and agencies
Nine studios. Order is the order we verified them, not a ranking.
Myth Labs
Myth Labs is a London, United Kingdom AI video production studio for brands and agencies. It makes photoreal campaign films, broadcast-ready AI commercials, hybrid animation and social content with directed generative workflows. Named work: PepsiCo AI video production partner, listed on the AI video production page.
That page is also the published rate card: research animatics GBP 4,000 to 15,000 per route, and broadcast GBP 15,000 to 120,000 and up. Ask what a route includes, how many revision rounds sit inside each band, and whether UK broadcast clearance, talent licences and music cue sheets are extra lines. Confirm who files the clearance pack, and whether a social cutdown is the same job as the broadcast master.
Best for: UK brand and agency producers who need published animatic and broadcast bands plus a named PepsiCo partnership.
Silverside AI
Silverside AI is a San Francisco, United States AI creative lab, founded in 2024. It produces AI video, brand systems and campaign content for global marketers using models such as Runway, Veo, Luma, WAN and ComfyUI. Named work: SVEDKA Super Bowl, on the projects page.
No public rate. A Super Bowl commercial is a custom bid, not a package. Ask which model family is locked so later cutdowns match, who keeps prompts, seeds and ComfyUI graphs, and whether network legal, talent releases and music licences are studio-held or client-held. Confirm finishing hours sit in the fee.
Best for: brand teams that need a San Francisco lab with a named Super Bowl commercial and a multi-model stack.
Billy Boman AI Productions
Billy Boman AI Productions is a Stockholm, Sweden boutique studio making film, advertising and social content with cinematic generative AI and hybrid live-action pipelines for brands, Super Bowl spots and music artists. Named work: Alaska Airlines Super Bowl 2026, linked from the studio homepage.
No public rate. Hybrid live-action on a Super Bowl job is a talent and clearance problem as much as a picture problem. Ask whether the pipeline includes a plate shoot for your brief, who holds performer and music licences, who files union and network paperwork, and how many social cutdowns sit in the same bid as the hero. Unused plates and unused generations should be named in the contract.
Best for: advertisers who need a Stockholm studio that has delivered a named Super Bowl spot on a hybrid pipeline.
The Dor Brothers
The Dor Brothers is a Berlin, Germany AI video studio making commercials, music videos and original shorts with generative models including Seedance, Kling and Veo. The company states over 300 projects and viral films such as Apex. Named work: BOSS Milan Runway Magic, on the commercials page.
Semafor, via the studio blog, puts larger advertising spots around EUR 200,000. That is a press figure for larger spots, not a menu price. Ask what the number includes (concept, generation, finishing, music, usage) and whether fashion-week or broadcast clearance is extra. Social cutdowns should be a separate line if you need them.
Best for: advertisers who want a Berlin commercial studio with a named BOSS film and a published high-end rate signal.
Genre.ai
Genre.ai is a United States AI-native production studio making branded content, social campaigns, viral concepts, AI shorts, brand films and narrative work across advertising and entertainment. Named work: the Kalshi NBA Finals commercial, reported by PetaPixel.
Press coverage puts AI production for that NBA Finals spot at about USD 2,000 (The Daring Creatives). That is a reported production line, not a studio rate card. Ask what the figure covered (compute versus creative fee), how sports-finals inventory clearance was handled, and whether unused generations transfer with the master.
Best for: a fast social or sports-finals commercial where the published figure is AI production cost, not a full agency fee.
Wonder Studios
Wonder Studios is a London, United Kingdom AI-native film, TV, commercial and music-video studio producing branded campaigns, hybrid spots and original films with a roster of award-winning creatives. Named work: ElevenLabs advertising campaign, on the advertising and branded content page.
No public rate. Ask which of those three products you are buying (branded campaign, hybrid spot, or original film), who holds talent licences, and how many finishing rounds are in the fee. For anything that might air on television, ask who drafts the AI disclosure and who files the clearance pack. Hybrid should be defined in one sentence: plates they shoot, plates you supply, or generated picture plus conventional post.
Best for: brands that want a London AI-native commercial studio with a named ElevenLabs advertising campaign on file.
Private Island
Private Island is a London, United Kingdom mixed-media production studio, founded in 2015. It makes unconventional commercials at the intersection of live action, VFX, animation and generative AI for brands and agencies. Named work: Original Source shower gel film.
No public rate. Live action plus generation is a rights split. Ask where live action ends and generation starts on your brief, whether VFX and animation are separate lines from the generative pass, and who owns unused plates. Any performer on a plate that is then generated around needs a release that covers AI use, the media, the territory and the term.
Best for: brands and agencies that want a mixed-media commercial with live action, VFX, animation and generative AI on one team.
Kartel
Kartel is a Beverly Hills, United States studio, founded in 2024. It builds AI infrastructure for creative production, with custom models, agent workflows and managed talent delivering ads, commercials, film and music video at scale. Named work: Advance Biocell commercial, on the work page.
No public rate. Managed talent and custom models are the reason to brief this shop. Ask how talent is contracted (a performer agreement with AI-use language, or a different form), whether custom model weights stay with you after delivery, and how agent workflows are documented so a later cutdown can be restaged. Confirm who owns prompts and seeds.
Best for: brand teams that want a Beverly Hills studio with custom models, managed talent, and a named commercial on file.
351 Studio
351 Studio is a New York, United States AI video agency, founded in 2014. It makes cinematic generative ads, branded films, music videos, lyric videos and social content with hybrid AI and human post-production. Named work: Rhino Entertainment sizzle reel, on the portfolio page.
No public rate. Ask what hybrid AI and human post-production means on your brief, how many social cuts sit in the same bid as a cinematic ad, and whether music and talent licences are studio-held or client-held. A sizzle reel and a finished commercial are different delivery specs. Write the spec, the revision cap and the owner of prompts and seeds into the statement of work before picture starts.
Best for: New York buyers who want cinematic generative ads with hybrid AI and human post-production.
How to choose
Ask four questions in the RFP. Put the answers in the quote. This list is for brand teams and agencies buying a commercial, not a social test pack.
Who files broadcast clearance, and against which spec? Myth Labs describes broadcast-ready AI commercials. Silverside AI and Billy Boman AI Productions have named Super Bowl spots. Genre.ai has a named NBA Finals commercial. Those jobs sit in national and sports inventory, where network legal, sports-league rules and music cue sheets are production items. UK television adds a clearance pack (copy, music, talent, claims). Ask who is the advertiser of record, who files the pack, and what happens if a network rejects a generated frame.
What talent sits in the picture, and what did they sign? Private Island and Billy Boman describe live action or hybrid live-action pipelines. Kartel describes managed talent. A photography release is not a generation release. If a real person is in frame, including on a plate that is then generated around, you need a model release that covers AI use, the media (broadcast, digital, out of home), the territory and the term. If the face is fully generated and resembles a recognizable person, that is a likeness problem. Union jobs need digital-replica language in writing before the first generate. Voice and music are separate licences.
Who writes the AI label? Platforms and some broadcast paths want disclosure that the picture is synthetic or synthetically extended. UK ads are judged on whether they mislead, not on a blanket AI stamp. US national spots still need claims substantiation and endorsement rules even if the face was generated. Ask who drafts the label, where it appears, and who owns the risk if a claim in generated copy is wrong. Advertisers stay responsible for the finished commercial. This page is not legal advice.
Turnaround, revisions, prompts and seeds. Fully generative social packs can lock in days if the brief is frozen and rounds are capped. Hybrid plate shoots, network legal and broadcast finish run in weeks. Ask for dated gates: treatment, first picture, picture lock, legal, master. State what counts as a revision (a new seed versus a new edit). Name who owns the finished picture, unused generations, prompts and seeds. If a studio fine-tunes on your brand assets, say whether those weights stay with you.
Rates
Three of the nine studios have a public figure. The other six bid against a brief. The numbers below are not a single market rate. They mix a UK published band, a press figure for larger spots, and a reported AI production line on one sports-finals job. For deliverable-level bands, see AI video production cost.
| Company | Rate signal | Source |
|---|---|---|
| The Dor Brothers | Larger advertising spots around EUR 200,000 | Semafor, via studio blog |
| Myth Labs | Research animatics GBP 4,000 to 15,000 per route; broadcast GBP 15,000 to 120,000+ | Pricing page |
| Genre.ai | Kalshi NBA Finals spot about USD 2,000 in AI production | Press, The Daring Creatives |
Ask every bidder for generation, live-action days, finishing, music, talent, usage and clearance as separate lines.
Doing it in-house
A brand or in-house agency team can produce social tests, first-pass animatics and cutdowns on Versely. It is the in-house path, not a listed vendor.
Start from a locked still, a product plate, or a written shot list. Generate picture in the AI video generator with Kling 3.0 or Veo 3.1. Start from photography in the AI ad generator with Seedance 2.0 when the job is a product spot from a still. A worked example of a locked 30-second ad sits in finished 30-second ad. Keep a reviewer who can reject frames that invent product details or a face you do not have a release for. Own the prompts and seeds in your account.
Keep broadcast clearance, talent contracts and network legal in your existing pipeline. Hire a studio from the list above when you need a director, a hybrid shoot, a named-production credit, or someone else to file the clearance pack.
FAQ
How much does an AI commercial production studio charge?
Public figures on this list run from about USD 2,000 in AI production for a reported NBA Finals spot, through Myth Labs research animatics at GBP 4,000 to 15,000 per route and broadcast at GBP 15,000 to 120,000 and up, to around EUR 200,000 for larger advertising spots. Six of the nine studios do not publish a rate. Ask for generation, live-action days, finishing, music, talent, usage and clearance as separate lines.
Can an AI commercial run on broadcast television or during the Super Bowl?
Studios on this list have named Super Bowl and NBA Finals work, which does not mean every generated master will clear. Ask who files network legal, who is the advertiser of record, and what happens if a generated frame is rejected. A social master is not a broadcast master. This page is not legal advice.
Do I need talent releases for an AI commercial?
Yes if a real person is in frame, including on a live-action plate that is then generated around. Ask for a model release that covers AI use, media, territory and term. Fully generated faces that resemble a recognizable person are a likeness issue, and union jobs need digital-replica language before the first generate. Voice and music are separate licences.
Who owns the prompts and unused generations from an AI commercial?
There is no single default. Write it into the statement of work: finished picture, unused generations, prompts, seeds, and any brand-tuned weights. If those assets stay with the studio, you cannot restage a later cutdown without them.
How long does an AI commercial take from brief to delivery?
A fully generative social pack can be days if the brief is locked and revisions are capped. A hybrid plate shoot, talent paperwork, network legal and broadcast finish is measured in weeks. Ask for working days from signed brief to locked master, including render queues and clearance.
