How Much Does an AI Commercial Cost?
A reviewed list of AI commercial costs for social spots, online films and broadcast-grade ads, with named jobs and sourced figures.
A 15 to 60 second AI commercial is quoted from USD 500 as a social package, from USD 2,500 as a 48-hour hero, and from USD 3,500 as a 60 second cinematic. A single-market broadcast asset is GBP 15,000 to 45,000. Reported jobs sit at about USD 2,000 of AI production for the Kalshi NBA Finals spot, around EUR 200,000 for larger advertising spots, and a six-figure budget over six weeks for a global airline commercial.
This page is for brand and agency producers who need a commercial-shaped number before they send a brief. It is a cost benchmark, not a ranked studio list. We checked each company's own site and named work; rates are quoted only where the company or a public directory states them; reviewed 2026-09-05. Deliverable-level bands sit in AI video production cost. A studio shortlist sits in AI commercial and ad production studios.

The Verge put AI production for that Veo 3 spot at about USD 2,000, with 300 to 400 generations in 2 to 3 days. That is a reported production line, not a rate card.
Best for: a fast social commercial where the published figure is compute and generation time, not a full agency fee.

The case page states over 100 localized versions for 24 markets in eight weeks, using 20 percent of the usual budget, an 80 percent production-cost reduction. There is no package price on the row. Ask what "usual budget" included.
Best for: a multi-market holiday film where the cost story is localisation volume, not a single-spot fee.
Silverside AI
Silverside AI is a San Francisco, United States AI creative lab producing AI video, brand systems and campaign content for global marketers using models such as Runway, Veo, Luma, WAN and ComfyUI. Named work: Coca-Cola Holidays 2025.
The homepage cites a 68 percent cost reduction versus traditional production. There is no dollar figure on the row. Read that as a claim against a traditional holiday campaign, not a quote. Ask what base they measured against.
Best for: a global holiday campaign film where the published signal is a cost-reduction percentage.
Metascope
Metascope is a Gdansk, Poland Prototype Fast studio making AI-native advertising films, product videos, retail media, packaging prototypes, music and cultural IP for Polish and international brands. Named work: the Coca-Cola Holiday AI Musical.
Wirtualne Media (13 Nov 2025) reported about PLN 156,500 net for a 3.5-minute AI Coca-Cola musical if commissioned, versus PLN 1.6 to 2 million traditional. That is a would-be commission, not an invoice. It is a longer online film, not a 15 second social cut.
Best for: a musical-length online commercial where the published figure is a hypothetical studio quote.
Myth Labs
Myth Labs is a London, United Kingdom AI video production studio for brands and agencies, making photoreal campaign films, broadcast-ready AI commercials, hybrid animation and social content with directed generative workflows. Named work: PepsiCo AI video production partner.
A single-market broadcast AI commercial is GBP 15,000 to 45,000 per 15 to 60 second asset with sound and edit variants. Boardomatic is GBP 4,000 to 8,000 per route. Photoreal research is GBP 4,000 to 15,000 per route. Multi-market is GBP 40,000 to 120,000+ (pricing page).
Best for: a single-market or multi-market broadcast AI commercial with a published per-asset band.
The Dor Brothers
The Dor Brothers is a Berlin, Germany AI video studio making commercials, music videos and original shorts with generative models including Veo 3, Kling and Midjourney for brands and viral films. Named work: the eToro Times Square bull and bear spot.
Larger advertising spots sit around EUR 200,000, in a studio blog citing Semafor. That is a press signal for larger spots, not a rate card. Ask what the figure includes (concept, generation, finishing, music, usage).
Best for: a larger advertising commercial where the public signal is a high-end press figure.
AGENT EP
AGENT EP is an AI-native production partner in Germany assembling directors and technologists for on-air brand films, hybrid commercials and campaign work for agencies and global brands. Named work: Lufthansa Leave to Arrive.
A podcast episode description puts a six-figure budget and six weeks on a fully AI-generated global airline commercial, with 95.7 percent of the budget going to people, not machines. The number is a budget band and a labour split, not a package.
Best for: a global on-air brand film where most of the money is people.
Runway
Runway is a New York, United States AI creative platform generating and editing video, images and audio with Gen-4.5 and partner models. Named work: the Chime national TV spot.
The homepage cites USD 200,000 saved on a single clip of a Chime national TV end card. The customer story says the 80-plus-member scene would have cost about 5 times as much traditionally. That is a savings claim on one clip, not a quote for the whole commercial.
Best for: a broadcast end-card or crowd scene where the published figure is money saved on one clip.
How to choose
Four questions. The number moves with air date, file count, people time and rights. Billing shapes (package, route, retainer, credit spend) are unpacked in AI video agency pricing models. Do not mix them on one spreadsheet.
What is the spec, and what is the clock? Write social, online, or broadcast in the statement of work, then write first-cut date. Published clocks: MAW Spark 5 to 7 days, ArcaneWiz Spark 48 hours, Genre.ai's Kalshi spot 2 to 3 days, AGENT EP six weeks, Serviceplan eight weeks for 24 markets.
What files sit in the fee, and what is a revision? Ask for finished length, aspect ratios, file count and whether a new prompt direction is a new job. MAW Spark includes two revisions on one 15 to 60 second spot. Myth Labs' broadcast band includes sound and edit variants. A second market may be a new research route.
Who holds rights, likeness and the AI label? Broadcast and paid social both need a written answer on talent, model releases and who owns the finished film. Avatar lines sell a presenter licence as much as a picture. Disclosure and AI labelling sit on you as the advertiser in most markets. Write the label into the statement of work.
Who owns the prompts, seeds and unused takes? If you change vendor you will need the prompt stack, seeds, reference stills and edit project, not only an MP4. Do not assume a boardomatic or a credit spend includes handover of the generative setup.
