    AI-First Creative Agencies 2026

Reviewed list of 10 AI-first creative agencies for brand and growth buyers, with named work, retainers, and how they bill strategy versus production.

    Versely Team••12 min read

Marketing leads who need strategy, media and generative production under one retainer can shortlist from the ten AI-first agencies below. These shops run AEO, SEO, paid social, brand films, custom agents and campaign systems. They are not a one-spot commercial house. Production-only studios sit on Best AI Video Production Companies 2026.

We checked each company's own site and named work. Rates are quoted only where the company or a public directory states them. Reviewed 2026-09-05.

AI-first agencies that run strategy, media and production

Ten agencies. Order is the order we verified them, not a ranking. Two publish a retainer band. The other eight bid or quote a custom retainer. Billing shapes (retainer, package, media-plus-fee) are explained in AI video agency pricing models.

    Keenfolks

Keenfolks is a Barcelona, Spain studio, founded in 2018. It is an AI-native marketing network building data command centers, AI content platforms, custom solutions and autonomous workflows for Fortune 500 brands across more than 40 markets. Named work: Diageo Whats Your Cocktail, linked from the company site.

No public rate. Ask which product you are buying (command center, content platform, custom solution, or autonomous workflow) and whether it sits on a retainer or a project bid. Confirm who owns the data layer, workflow graphs, unused generations, prompts and seeds. Multi-market work needs usage, disclosure and model-release language for each market you will run.

Best for: global brand teams that need an AI-native marketing network with a named Diageo campaign.

    Pepper

Pepper is a San Francisco, United States studio, founded in 2018. It is an AI-native marketing company combining freelance talent with custom AI agents for content, creative, SEO and generative-engine optimization, built as an alternative to holding-company agencies. Named work: Acceldata SEO scale-up, on Exchange4Media.

No public rate. Ask what sits in the first month (agent build, freelance roster, SEO, creative, or generative-engine optimization) and whether media spend is billed through Pepper or stays with you. Confirm who owns the custom agents, prompts and seeds after the engagement.

Best for: teams that want freelance talent plus custom AI agents, with a named SEO scale-up on file.

    NoGood

NoGood is a New York, United States studio. It is an AI-native growth marketing squad offering AEO, SEO, paid social, performance branding and creative for SaaS, healthcare, fintech, consumer and AI brands. Named work: SteelSeries AEO program, on the case-study page.

The company FAQ states an average retainer above USD 20,000 per month (NoGood). That is an average, not a starter package. Ask which of AEO, SEO, paid social, performance branding and creative sit inside that retainer, and whether paid media is extra. Confirm revision rounds and who owns prompts, seeds and unused generations.

Best for: SaaS, healthcare, fintech, consumer and AI brands that want a New York growth squad with a published retainer signal.

    Oysters AI

Oysters AI is a Madrid, Spain studio, founded in 2023. It is a Madrid AI-first creative marketing agency that plans and produces brand advertising with generative tools including Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Seedance, Veo, Kling and ElevenLabs. Named work: Empanadas Malvon Every empanada a story.

No public rate. This shop plans and produces, so ask where strategy ends and production starts on the invoice. Confirm which model family is locked so later cutdowns match, who owns prompts and seeds, and how many revision rounds sit in the fee. Voice work with ElevenLabs needs a licence and a disclosure plan separate from picture.

Best for: brand teams that want a Madrid agency that both plans and produces, with a named Empanadas Malvon campaign.

    Supergood

Supergood is a New York, United States studio, founded in 2021. It is an AI-native creative agency using human talent plus its Supercharger platform for strategy, brand films and campaigns, spun out of Supernatural AI. Named work: U.S. Bank The Power of Us, on the work page.

No public rate. Ask whether you are buying strategy, a brand film, a campaign, or access to Supercharger, and which of those are in the first invoice. Confirm who owns prompts, seeds and unused generations, and how many revision rounds sit in the fee. A bank campaign is a claims, talent and disclosure problem as well as a picture problem.

Best for: brands that want a New York AI-native creative agency with a named U.S. Bank campaign.

    Single Grain

Single Grain is a Los Angeles, United States studio, founded in 2014. It is an AI-native growth operator running AEO, SEO, paid media, creative and managed revenue agents inside client marketing teams for B2B and consumer brands. Named work: Amazon Alexa marketing partnership, linked from the company site.

No public rate. Ask whether the managed revenue agents sit inside your marketing team or stay at Single Grain, and whether paid media is billed as a fee, a percentage, or a separate line. Confirm who owns the agents, prompts and seeds if the retainer ends.

Best for: B2B and consumer brands that want an LA growth operator with AEO, SEO, paid media and managed revenue agents.

    Mighty and True

Mighty and True is an Austin, United States studio, founded in 2015. It is an Austin AI-native B2B tech marketing agency building demand generation, growth and marketing-ops systems with n8n automations, Claude pipelines and retainer delivery. Named work: Appgate brand launch, on the work page.

No public rate. Delivery is described as retainer. Ask what sits in the monthly line (demand generation, growth, marketing-ops, n8n automations, Claude pipelines) and what is a separate project. Confirm who owns the automations, pipelines, prompts and seeds if you leave. A brand launch is a finite job. A retainer is ongoing. Write both into the statement of work.

Best for: B2B tech teams that want an Austin agency building demand generation and marketing-ops on a retainer.

    Wallaroo Media

Wallaroo Media is a Provo, United States studio, founded in 2007. It is an AI-native ecommerce growth agency for Shopify brands, running AI-powered Meta and Google ads, Klaviyo email and SMS, and SEO plus LLM optimization. Named work: Super Coffee paid social scale-up, on the case-studies page.

The pricing page states monthly USD 1,500 to 12,000 plus creative packs from USD 1,500. Ask which channel sits in which band (Meta, Google, Klaviyo, SEO, LLM optimization) and whether media spend is extra. Confirm how many creative variants sit in a pack, revision rounds, and who owns prompts, seeds and unused ads.

Best for: Shopify brands that want a Provo ecommerce growth agency with a published monthly band and a named Super Coffee paid-social program.

    Silverside AI

Silverside AI is a San Francisco, United States studio, founded in 2024. It is an AI innovation lab and marketing partner that builds AI video, creative systems and consulting for global brands, born from Pereira O'Dell and Serviceplan. Named work: Coca-Cola Holidays 2025, on the projects page.

No public rate. A holiday campaign is a custom bid. Ask whether you are buying AI video, a creative system, consulting, or all three, and which sit in the first invoice. Confirm who owns prompts, seeds, unused generations and any brand-tuned weights.

Best for: global brand teams that want a San Francisco lab, born from Pereira O'Dell and Serviceplan, with a named Coca-Cola campaign.

    Omneky

Omneky is a San Francisco, United States studio, founded in 2018. It is a San Francisco generative AI advertising company whose team plans, produces and buys omnichannel ads, generating creative and running campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn. Named work: h.way fintech AI social program.

No public rate. This shop plans, produces and buys, so ask how creative fees, media spend and platform access are split on the invoice. Confirm who owns generated ads, unused variants, prompts and seeds, and how many revision rounds sit in the fee. Fintech social ads need claims substantiation and disclosure even if the picture is generated.

Best for: teams that want one San Francisco shop to plan, produce and buy omnichannel ads, with a named h.way fintech program.

    How to choose

Ask four questions in the RFP. Put the answers in the quote. This list is for marketing leads buying a full-service AI-first agency, not a single commercial.

Are you buying strategy, production, media, or a mix, and how is that billed? These shops are not one product. Growth operators sell AEO, SEO, paid social or paid media, demand generation, or ecommerce ads and email. Omneky plans, produces and buys ads. Creative-led shops plan and produce brand advertising, films or consulting. Keenfolks sells command centers, platforms and workflows. Write strategy hours, production files, media buying, and platform or agent access as separate lines. A retainer that covers SEO will not cover a brand film. Shopify brands that need product film rather than ads and email can look at AI video studios for ecommerce and DTC brands.

What is the turnaround, and what counts as a revision? Growth retainers run on a monthly clock. Brand films run on a brief-to-master calendar. Ask for dated gates: kickoff, first output, legal, lock. State what counts as a revision (a new seed, a new edit, a new ad set) and how many rounds sit in the fee. Spain-based shops (Keenfolks in Barcelona, Oysters AI in Madrid) and US shops will not share a production clock.

Who handles rights, model releases, disclosure and AI labelling? If a real person is in frame, including on a plate that is then generated around, you need a model release that covers AI use, media, territory and term. Voice and music are separate licences. US paid social still sits under FTC advertising rules even if the picture is generated. EU work, including the two Spain shops, needs a plan for AI labelling where the EU AI Act requires it. Ask who drafts the label and who owns the risk if a claim in generated copy is wrong. Advertisers stay responsible for the finished ad. This page is not legal advice.

Who owns the prompts, seeds, agents and workflow graphs? Several shops on this list build agents, automations, command centers or a named platform. Write ownership into the statement of work: finished picture, unused generations, prompts, seeds, agent configs, automation graphs, and any brand-tuned weights. If those stay with the agency, the next cycle is a re-hire.

    Rates

Two of the ten agencies publish a figure. The other eight bid against a brief or quote a custom retainer. The numbers below mix a New York growth-squad average and a Provo ecommerce monthly band plus creative packs. They are not a single market rate. Match the billing unit before you compare shops. See AI video agency pricing models.

    Company Rate signal Source
NoGood Average retainer above USD 20,000 per month FAQ, NoGood
Wallaroo Media Monthly USD 1,500 to 12,000 plus creative packs from USD 1,500 Pricing page

Ask every bidder for strategy hours, production files, media spend, platform or agent access, usage and legal as separate lines.

    Doing it in-house

A marketing team can produce social tests, product spots and first-pass campaign films on Versely. It is the in-house path, not a listed vendor. It does not replace an AEO, SEO, paid-media or marketing-ops retainer.

Generate picture in the AI video generator with Kling 3.0 or Veo 3.1. Start from photography in the AI ad generator with Seedance 2.0 when the job is a product or paid-social spot from a still. A worked example of ongoing short-form volume sits in a month of daily short-form. Keep a reviewer who can reject frames that invent product details or a face you do not have a release for. Own the prompts and seeds in your account.

Hire an agency from the list above when you need a growth squad, a custom agent or workflow build, omnichannel buying, or a named-production credit.

    FAQ

What is an AI-first creative agency?

On this page it is a full-service shop that uses generative tools inside strategy, media, creative or marketing-ops, not only inside a video render. Some run AEO, SEO and paid social. Some plan and produce brand advertising, or build agents, automations or content platforms. Ask which of those you are actually buying.

How much does an AI-first creative agency cost?

Two shops publish a figure: NoGood states an average retainer above USD 20,000 per month in its FAQ, and Wallaroo Media states monthly USD 1,500 to 12,000 plus creative packs from USD 1,500 on its pricing page. The other eight bid or quote a custom retainer. Ask for strategy, production, media and legal as separate lines.

Should I hire an AI-first agency or an AI video production studio?

Hire an AI-first agency when the brief is strategy plus media plus creative, or a system that has to run after the first film. Hire a production studio when the brief is a directed commercial, a hybrid shoot, or a named-production credit and you already have media and strategy in-house. Production-only shops sit on Best AI Video Production Companies 2026.

Who owns the AI agents, prompts and seeds?

There is no single default. Write it into the statement of work: finished files, unused generations, prompts, seeds, agent configs, automation graphs, and any brand-tuned weights. If those assets stay with the agency, you cannot restage the next cycle without them.

Do AI-first agencies buy media or only make creative?

Some do both. Omneky plans, produces and buys omnichannel ads, Wallaroo Media runs Meta and Google ads plus Klaviyo, NoGood offers paid social, and Single Grain runs paid media. Oysters AI and Supergood are closer to plan-and-produce. Ask how creative fees and media spend are split on the invoice.
