AI Video Studios for Beauty & Skincare

A reviewed list of AI video studios and tools for beauty and skincare brands, covering campaign film, product ads, named work, and public rates.

    Versely Team••12 min read

Beauty and skincare marketers buying campaign film, product video, or paid social creatives can shortlist from the ten studios and tools below. Each vendor has named beauty or skincare work on its own site, from Coty, Byredo, and Rabanne at UNVEIL to Dear Klairs at Veilup and Essie films at Untold Fable.

We checked each company's own site and named work. Rates are quoted only where the company or a public directory states them. Reviewed 2026-09-05.

AI video studios working with beauty and skincare brands

Ten studios and tools. Order is the order we verified them, not a ranking.

    UNVEIL

UNVEIL is a Paris, France creative studio founded in 2023. It uses AI for campaign film and identity work. The client list includes beauty houses Coty, Byredo, and Rabanne alongside fashion. Production is hybrid live-action and generative.

Named work is the Coty, Byredo, and Rabanne roster on the studio page. No public rate is stated. A beauty house briefing this studio should say which shots must be live (hands on skin, texture close-ups, pack shots) and which shots may be generated, and who signs the brand-safety pass before a claim goes on screen.

Best for: Paris-briefed beauty campaign film and identity work that mixes live action with generative shots.

    AICO

AICO is an AI-led beauty content agency in Paimio, Finland. It makes product visuals, lifestyle stills, and short-form video. Human beauty experts sign off every asset for distributors, retailers, brands, and manufacturers.

Named work is the NOBE Forest Barefoot Balm campaign on the campaigns page. The pricing page states Content Boost from EUR 1,000 per month including 3 to 4 TikTok reels. Ask whether that expert sign-off covers on-screen claims and ingredient wording, not only look and feel.

Best for: beauty distributors, retailers, brands, and manufacturers that want product visuals and short-form video with a human beauty expert on the sign-off.

    Veilup

Veilup is an AI performance agency in South Korea. No city is listed on the materials we checked. It makes hyper-realistic product and model video for DTC beauty, skincare, and K-beauty brands, then runs the paid social that tests those creatives.

Named work is Dear Klairs skincare video creatives on the work page. The pricing page states AI Content Creation starts at USD 700 per month. Ask whether media buying sits in the same retainer as production, and how before-and-after frames are treated in the ads that go live.

Best for: DTC beauty, skincare, and K-beauty brands that want product and model video plus the paid social tests that follow.

    Untold Fable

Untold Fable is a tech-powered production company in London, United Kingdom, founded in 2021, with offices in London, New York, and Amsterdam. It uses AI specialists and beauty filmmakers to scale social-first video for cosmetics and skincare brands.

Best for: cosmetics and skincare brands that need social-first video scaled by AI specialists and beauty filmmakers across London, New York, and Amsterdam.

    hubStudio

hubStudio is a Hong Kong production house with studios in Shanghai, Changsha, and the Philippines. It runs hybrid live-shoot and AIGC pipelines for campaign stills, brand video, and beauty product content.

Named work is the Shiseido RQ PYOLOGY brand launch video. No public rate is stated. A launch brief should lock pack accuracy, shade names, and on-screen claims before generation starts, and ask which shots come from the live shoot and which from the AIGC pipeline.

Best for: beauty product content, campaign stills, and brand video that need a hybrid live-shoot and AIGC pipeline in Hong Kong and the region.

    Lux Motion

Lux Motion is a Rome, Italy AI creative studio founded in 2025. It makes cinematic videos and image systems for luxury, fashion, and beauty. It combines film direction with generative workflows for campaign and product storytelling.

Named work is the Sous La facial studio brand film on the fashion and beauty work page. No public rate is stated. Ask how a facial-studio film treats skin texture in close-up, and whether the quote is a campaign film or an image system plus video.

Best for: luxury, fashion, and beauty brands that want cinematic campaign and product video directed in Rome with generative workflows.

    JPC

JPC is a Tokyo and Kyoto video company in Kyoto, Japan, founded in 2009. It makes beauty promotion, branding, and short-form films. It mixes live studio shoots with AI models, 3DCG, and hybrid AI-live product explainers.

Named work is the Diana generative AI product PR video. The beauty service page states beauty and cosmetics video from JPY 400,000. Ask what sits inside that starting figure (live studio day, AI model, 3DCG, explainer length) and how ingredient claims in a product explainer are reviewed before lock.

Best for: beauty promotion, branding, and short-form films that mix live studio shoots with AI models and 3DCG, including hybrid product explainers.

    POMPOM Space

POMPOM Space is an AI-native visual production studio in Shanghai, China, founded in 2017. It works for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. It directs on-brand product and campaign imagery, with named beauty work including ROC Skincare.

    THG Studios

THG Studios is a Manchester, United Kingdom content hub with an iLab generative AI unit that creates original images and video. It produces beauty retail campaigns and AI-assisted product content for THG beauty brands.

Named work is Beauty Expert iLab AI content, described in the iLab launch press release. No public rate is stated. Ask whether a brief for a brand outside the THG roster is in scope, how retail claims are reviewed, and who owns the generated images and video after delivery.

Best for: beauty retail campaigns and AI-assisted product content, including work for THG beauty brands such as Beauty Expert.

    Studioverse

Studioverse is an AI video ad platform in Canada. No city is listed on the materials we checked. It is built for skincare, makeup, and haircare. It turns product photos into TikTok, Reels, and Meta creatives, with optional human video artists for hero assets.

Named work is Kondor Pharma health and beauty videos on the beauty page. The beauty pricing page states Silver from USD 30 per month, and paid AI video from a few dollars. Ask what the monthly plan includes versus paid video, and when a human video artist is required for a hero asset.

Best for: skincare, makeup, and haircare teams that want TikTok, Reels, and Meta creatives from product photos, with an optional human artist on hero assets.

    How to choose

Ask four questions before you send a brief. They matter more for beauty and skincare than they do for a generic product film. For formats and claim guardrails on the brand side, see AI video for beauty and skincare brands.

How will before-and-after claims be handled? A generated "after" that invents clearer skin or fewer lines is a claim, not a style choice. Ask whether the vendor will refuse a before-and-after that is not tied to a substantiated result, and whether they label a demonstration as a demonstration. Write the rule into the statement of work. If the vendor also buys media (Veilup states that it runs the paid social that tests the creatives), ask who owns the ad account if a platform or a regulator flags the cut.

How is skin texture and product fidelity checked? Beauty video fails in close-up: pores flatten, a serum drop turns to plastic, a cap or label drifts. Ask whether generation starts from your packshot and a real skin still, or from a text prompt. Require a lock list: pack shape, shade name, on-pack text, finish, and any shot that must hold skin micro-detail. Hybrid shops (UNVEIL, hubStudio, JPC, Untold Fable) can put a live plate under the generated pass. AICO states that human beauty experts sign off every asset. Ask what that sign-off inspects.

Who reviews ingredient and efficacy copy on screen? A reel that names an acid, a percentage, or a "clean" claim is copy, not decoration. Ask who reads every super, voiceover, and on-pack close-up against your approved claims sheet. JPC publishes hybrid AI-live product explainers. Studioverse turns product photos into paid-social creatives. Neither job should invent an ingredient story. Require a written pass from your regulatory reviewer before lock.

Turnaround, rights, disclosure, revisions, prompts, and seeds. Ask the clock (first cut and lock), how many revision rounds sit in the quoted rate, and whether AI output is labelled in the file, the media deck, and paid social. Get a written assignment of the delivered video. Ask who owns prompts and seeds, whether custom faces transfer, and which placements are covered. A photography release is not a generation release. For how retainers, packages, and seats show up in contracts, see AI video agency pricing models.

    Rates

These figures are not one market. A monthly retainer, a starting film price, and a self-serve plan with paid video on top are different units. Do not average them. UNVEIL, Untold Fable, hubStudio, Lux Motion, POMPOM Space, and THG Studios stated no public rate on the pages we checked.

    Company Rate signal Source
AICO Content Boost from EUR 1,000 per month including 3 to 4 TikTok reels pricing page
Veilup AI Content Creation starts at USD 700 per month pricing page
JPC beauty and cosmetics video from JPY 400,000 beauty service page
Studioverse Silver from USD 30 per month; paid AI video from a few dollars beauty pricing page

Ask each vendor to restate the quote against your SKU count, monthly variant load, destinations, and whether claims review and revision rounds sit inside the figure.

    Doing it in-house

A brand team that already has packshots and application stills can produce product motion, UGC-style ads, and campaign tests on Versely. It is the in-house path, not a listed vendor.

Start from the real still. If the live packshot is weak, generate a clean hero frame with Nano Banana 2, then reject any frame where the cap, shade, or on-pack type has drifted. Feed keepers into image-to-video. Kling 3.0 and Seedance 2.0 are the model families to try first for serum drops, pack orbits, and short application motion that has to keep the label readable.

Talking-head and creator-style cuts belong on the UGC video generator. Keep the real product in frame as a reference still rather than asking the model to invent the pack. Finished product films can be assembled on the AI product video generator.

Do not skip a side-by-side check against the live SKU and a claims sheet. If the skin, the pack, or the on-screen claim is wrong, the asset is not shippable, regardless of which model produced it. Own the prompts and seeds in your account.

    FAQ

How much does AI video cost for a beauty or skincare brand?

It depends on the unit you buy. AICO publishes Content Boost from EUR 1,000 per month including 3 to 4 TikTok reels, Veilup publishes AI Content Creation from USD 700 per month, JPC publishes beauty and cosmetics video from JPY 400,000, and Studioverse publishes Silver from USD 30 per month, with paid AI video from a few dollars. Six vendors here state no public rate. Compare those units before you average them.

Can I run AI before-and-after videos in skincare ads?

A generated "after" that invents a clinical result is a claim. Ask whether the vendor will refuse a before-and-after that is not tied to substantiation, and whether they label a demonstration as a demonstration. You still own the ad account if the cut overstates what the product does.

Should a beauty brand hire a studio or use an AI ad tool?

Hire a studio for a directed campaign film or social-first work with beauty filmmakers in the room (UNVEIL, Untold Fable, hubStudio, Lux Motion, JPC, POMPOM Space, THG Studios, AICO). Use a tool for volume from product photos into TikTok, Reels, and Meta (Studioverse). Veilup sits in between: it makes product and model video and then runs the paid social tests.

Do I need model releases for AI beauty video?

Yes if a real person is in the source stills or on camera, and yes in a different form if the vendor uses generated faces. A photography release is not a generation release. Ask for a document that names face, uses, and term, and who owns a custom face after the job.

How do I keep skin texture and product packs accurate in AI video?

Give the vendor a locked packshot, a real skin still, and a list of non-negotiables: label text, shade, cap, finish, and claims you must not invent. Ask whether they generate from the photo or from a text prompt. Require a side-by-side against the live SKU, and a claims pass, before anything goes to ads.
