Kling O3 Standard I2V vs Pro I2V
Kling O3 Standard I2V is 45 credits. O3 Pro I2V is 56. Both native audio, 3–15s, still required. Pay 56 when the plate is the hero.
Kling O3 Standard Image to Video is 45 credits, image-to-video, native audio, 3–15 seconds, image required. Kling O3 Pro Image to Video is 56 credits, image-to-video, native audio, 3–15 seconds, image required. Same job. Same lengths. Same audio flag. Same still slot. Eleven credits is the Pro sticker. Pick Standard when the still is locked and 45 is enough to move it. Pick Pro when this plate is the hero and you want O3 Pro’s I2V pass, not a cheaper cousin.
This is not Standard R2V versus Pro. Kling O3 Standard R2V vs O3 Pro is the stack-versus-sentence door. This page is I2V versus I2V. Frame one is the upload on both rows. The kitchen in the photo should survive. If you restage, you are on the wrong category.
This is also not the older Standard-versus-Pro tier essay. No invented reroll logs. The catalog facts are the pick: 45 versus 56, both audio true, both 3s through 15s, both require an image, neither lists a max resolution. Do not invent 1080p or 4K on either slug.
Both rows are a still contract
Image-to-video takes a still as frame one and a prompt as stage direction. The still is the contract: who is in the shot, what the product looks like, where the camera already sits, what the light is. The prompt should say what moves. Re-describing the image is how the model tries to satisfy a sentence that is already true and starts walking the frame toward the wording.
Approve the still at 100% before either row. Soft type will not sharpen because you paid 56. A wrong bottle will not become the right bottle because you paid 45. Retry the still. Then pick a sticker.
Native audio is on for both. Write whether anyone speaks. SKU orbits usually want foley and no voice. Say “no speech.” A surprise monologue is a wasted take at either price.
Duration: 3–15s on both. There is no 20s. There is no 30s. A 15-second reasoned take of an unapproved pack is a long, confident error at 45 and a more expensive one at 56. Cutting a 15s take down is fine; paying for 15 because you wanted 6 and the slider felt adjacent is not.
No aspect-ratio list is published on these slugs. Crop the still to the delivery ratio before you upload so the pass is not also a reframing pass. No resolution token either. Do not write 4K into the brief as if the field were filled. If the insertion order is 4K, you are on Veo, not on O3 I2V.
Forty-five and fifty-six are catalog stickers for the first five seconds. Each extra second adds 9 credits on Standard and 12 on Pro, and a 15-second take tops out at 135 and 168. The cards say 45 and 56.
When 45 is the correct I2V bill
Standard I2V is the default motion row in the O3 family when you have one plate.
Use 45 when:
- The still is approved and you need it to move: a hand, a pour, a slow push, a turn.
- You will throw the take away if the motion is wrong. Forty-five is how you find out whether this plate can travel.
- You are filling a series of pack modules. Volume on the same still contract. Pro at 56 on every draft is how a hero sticker becomes a sketchbook.
- Native audio is required, and a silent 20-credit family is the wrong flag. Wan 2.6 Image to Video Flash is 20 credits and mute. Standard O3 I2V is the talking-or-foley O3 door at 45.
Do not use Standard I2V as a reference kit. One still is not a stack. If the brief is “this person, this bottle, new scene,” that is Kling O3 Standard Reference to Video at 45 credits — the same sticker, a different category. Mixing those slots is how the kitchen you photographed disappears.
When Standard I2V is the wrong pick:
- Frame one is not locked and you only have a sentence. That is T2V. Kling O3 Standard Text to Video is 45 credits; Kling O3 Pro Text to Video is 56.
- You already know this take is the paid-media hero and you want the Pro I2V pass. Skipping Pro to save 11 on the file you will actually run is a different economy than drafting.
When 56 is the correct I2V bill
Pro I2V is not a longer clip. It is not 4K. It is not R2V. It is O3 Pro’s still-to-clip row at 56 credits with native audio and the same 3–15s menu.
Use 56 when:
- The plate is the ship still: PDP pack, talent hold, room that must survive, and you want the Pro I2V pass on that file.
- You already drafted motion on Standard (or on a cheaper mute family) and the still held. Promoting the same still to Pro is a hero spend, not a first try.
- The brief names camera control and reasoning on a plate you will not get to reshoot. Pro I2V’s description is reasoning-enhanced generation and camera controls. Standard I2V’s description is reasoning-enhanced generation. Do not invent a benchmark from those strings. Do treat Pro as the row you pay 11 extra for when the plate is the ad.
Do not use 56 because the word Pro sounds like the top of a sentence job. If you have no still, Pro I2V will not run. If you have three stills, Pro I2V will see one. Put the kit on Standard R2V.
Do not use 56 as a 4K substitute. VEO First Last Frame is 64 credits, 4K, 4 / 6 / 8s, two stills. Veo 3.1 is 64 credits, T2V, 4K. O3 Pro I2V is 56 without a resolution token. Paying 56 does not mint 4K.
Eleven credits is real. It is not a reason to always pick Standard, and it is not a reason to always pick Pro. Draft at 45. Ship at 56 when this still is the one you will not replace.
Production order, and what neither row is
- Approve the still. Label, crop, light.
- Decide if frame one must survive. If yes, stay in I2V. If identity must survive a new scene, leave for R2V.
- Run Standard I2V at a short length (3–5s) if you do not yet know the motion.
- Keep Standard for the series if 45-credit takes are the master.
- Rerun the same still on Pro I2V only for the hero you will actually buy media against.
Neither row is mute Flash. Neither row is Veo. Neither row is first-last (one still, not two endpoints). Neither row is Grok Imagine Video (T2V, 24 credits, 720p, up to 30s).
Sora 2 leftovers that were a single still plus a line can land here if you accept O3’s 3–15s menu and no published 4K. The Sora API shuts 24 September 2026 (OpenAI Help Centre, September 2026). This is not a Sora migration page. It is 45 versus 56 on the same still.
Article 50 applies to photoreal people in the still. Paying Pro does not exempt a generated face. Label at first exposure for EU audiences since 2 August 2026.
Captions after the take. Native audio is not typesetting. The AI caption generator is the burn-in. Keep the block off the pack. The AI video generator is the launcher.
If the still is the brief and the scene is new, you wanted R2V. If the still is frame one, you are on this page. Pay 45 to learn. Pay 56 to ship the plate you already learned.
Move the still on the sticker you mean in Versely.
FAQ
Is Pro I2V 4K?
No published max resolution on the slug. Do not brief 4K. Veo first-last is the 4K I2V-adjacent Veo row at 64 credits.
Can I feed Pro I2V a reference stack?
The category is image-to-video. One plate as frame one. A stack is Standard R2V at 45 credits.
Should every pack module run at 56?
No. Draft and series volume at 45. Promote the live PDP still to 56 when that file is the hero, not when you are still asking whether the label holds.
