AI video studios working in Paris
Seven studios. Order is the order we verified them, not a ranking.
Bottomline AI
Bottomline AI is a Paris and Dubai studio, founded in 2024. It directs cinematic AI advertising and short films from concept through finishing, including hybrid live-action plus AI and high-end AI commercials.
Named work on the company site is the JULABO First Silicon ad. No public rate is posted. A hybrid commercial and a fully generated short film are different jobs. Ask which shots are live-action plates, which shots are generated, and whether finishing (grade, sound, delivery) sits in one fee. If the job also needs Dubai staff, write which office will run it.
Best for: brands that want a Paris or Dubai studio to direct cinematic AI advertising or short films from concept through finishing, including hybrid live-action plus AI.
Obeevi
Obeevi is a Paris video agency, founded in 2019. It makes AI avatar films, full-AI ads, multilingual lip-sync and hybrid motion plus AI content for corporate, social and employer-brand campaigns.
Named work is the VTX Telecom Celeste AI ads. The pricing page lists AI videos from EUR 1,000 to 2,500 HT for a short avatar, EUR 2,500 to 6,000 for a standard production, and EUR 6,000 to 10,000 for premium. Ask how many languages sit in the band, whether lip-sync is a new generation or a recut, and how many revision rounds are in the fee.
Best for: corporate, social and employer-brand teams that need AI avatar films, full-AI ads or multilingual lip-sync from a Paris agency.
Scorpio Productions
Scorpio Productions is a Paris boutique production house making luxury brand films, advertising, documentary and full-AI social and signature films with virtual production and premium generative tools.
Named work on the company site is the tRUTH brand documentary film. The pricing page lists Social Sprint at EUR 5,000 HT, Essentiel at EUR 20,000 HT, Advanced at EUR 40,000 HT, and an Atelier retainer from EUR 4,500 HT per month. A documentary, a social sprint and a monthly retainer are different scopes. Ask which package you are buying, what virtual production includes, and whether unused generations transfer.
Best for: luxury brands that need boutique brand films, advertising, documentary or full-AI social and signature films from a Paris house.
The Sun Project
The Sun Project is a Paris CGI studio, founded in 2018. It makes photoreal 3D ads, FOOH films and product animation, using generative AI for textures, concepts, moodboards and compositing under human art direction.
Named work is the Mizuno Judogi 2025 film. The pricing FAQ states CGI projects generally run EUR 6,000 to 50,000, with 4 to 8 week timelines for a standard 15 to 30 second piece. Ask whether your job is a 3D ad, a FOOH film or product animation, and which parts of the picture are generated textures versus a full CGI build.
Best for: brands that want photoreal 3D ads, FOOH films or product animation from a Paris CGI studio that uses generative AI under human art direction.
Paris24Seven
Paris24Seven is a Paris-area production company making brand films, advertising and XR studio shoots, including live-action talent staged in AI-generated environments for commercial campaigns.
Named work is the Artipole XR film with AI sets. No public rate is posted. An XR studio day with live talent and an AI-generated environment is a different job from a generate-only social cut. Ask whether the talent is on a Paris-area stage, who owns the generated sets after delivery, and what the model release covers for AI environments behind a real person.
Best for: commercial campaigns that need brand films, advertising or XR studio shoots with live-action talent in AI-generated environments.
Dix Sept Paris
Dix Sept Paris is a Paris luxury communication agency running ALIA, an in-house AI creative studio making hero films, image campaigns and high-volume digital assets for beauty, fashion and maisons.
Named work is L'Oreal Stripes at Play, listed on the ALIA studio page. No public rate is posted. A hero film, an image campaign and a high-volume digital-asset pack are different line items. Ask which of those you are buying, how many assets ship, and who owns prompts, seeds and unused frames.
Best for: beauty, fashion and maison teams that want an in-house Paris AI studio for hero films, image campaigns and high-volume digital assets.
Il Est Une Fois
Il Est Une Fois is a Paris audiovisual production company, founded in 2002. It makes corporate films, TV ads, motion design and AI-generated video, including full-AI plus motion pieces for institutions and brands.
Named work is the ESA Eurisy full AI film. The FAQ states projects from EUR 2,500 to 30,000, with an interview with graphics around EUR 2,500. An institutional full-AI film and a TV ad are different deliverables. Ask where your brief sits in that band, how many motion-design elements sit with the generated picture, and how many revision rounds are in the fee.
Best for: institutions and brands that need corporate films, TV ads, motion design or AI-generated video from a Paris production company.
How to choose
Ask four questions. Put the answers in the quote.
Can this job stay generative, or do you need a Paris shoot day? Bottomline AI describes hybrid live-action plus AI. Paris24Seven stages live-action talent in AI-generated environments on XR shoots. The Sun Project is a CGI house that uses generative AI for textures, concepts, moodboards and compositing under human art direction. Obeevi makes avatar films, full-AI ads and hybrid motion plus AI. Scorpio Productions names virtual production alongside full-AI social and signature films. Dix Sept Paris runs ALIA for hero films and high-volume digital assets. Write the method into the statement of work: plates they shoot, plates you supply, CGI they build, or generated picture plus conventional post.
What is the brief-to-first-cut calendar, and how many revisions sit in the fee? The Sun Project's CGI FAQ puts a standard 15 to 30 second piece at 4 to 8 weeks. Fully generative avatar packs can lock faster if the brief is frozen. Hybrid XR and live-action jobs follow a shoot calendar. Ask for dated gates: treatment, first picture, picture lock, legal, master. Ask what counts as a round (a new seed versus a new edit). Ask whether the quote is HT or TTC.
Who owns the picture, the unused generations, the prompts, and the seeds? If a real person is in frame, you need a model release that covers AI use of their image, the media, the term and the territories. A photography release that never mentions generation is not enough. Paris24Seven's live talent in generated sets is a likeness job and an environment-ownership job. Obeevi names avatars and lip-sync; ask who owns the avatar after delivery. If Dix Sept Paris or Scorpio generate unused frames on your brief, say whether those files stay with you. If a studio fine-tunes on your assets, say whether those weights stay with you.
How will the ad be labelled? Two regimes sit on a French commercial. EU AI Act Article 50: if you publish photoreal generated or manipulated image, audio or video (a deepfake in the Act's sense) to people in the EU, the deployer must disclose that it was artificially generated or manipulated, in a way a person can perceive at first exposure. Standard colour, crop or denoise on a real recording is not that duty. Evidently artistic, satirical or fictional work can use quieter placement so the disclosure does not spoil the work. A product commercial sold in France is not that quieter case by default. Put who applies the label (agency or advertiser) in the statement of work.
The ARPP (Autorité de Régulation Professionnelle de la Publicité) is the French advertising self-regulator. Its line on generative AI follows the honesty rule: an ad must not mislead about the product, a person or a result. If a generated face, body, garment or testimonial could be taken as real photography or a real customer, the method has to be clear to the viewer. A beauty or fashion film that presents generated skin, cloth or result as photographed fact is a claim problem, not only a labelling problem. Maison and beauty buyers comparing specialist shops can also use AI video agencies for fashion and luxury brands. ARPP rules are self-regulation. They sit beside Article 50; they do not replace it. This page is not legal advice.
Local rates
Four of the seven studios publish a figure. Bottomline AI, Paris24Seven and Dix Sept Paris do not. The table uses the four public Paris signals we verified. Figures are what those pages stated, reviewed 2026-09-05, not a quote. A short Obeevi avatar band is not comparable to a Scorpio Advanced package or a The Sun Project CGI film. For a wider cost picture, see AI video production cost.
| Company | Rate signal | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Obeevi | EUR 1,000 to 2,500 HT short generative avatar; EUR 2,500 to 6,000 standard; EUR 6,000 to 10,000 premium | Obeevi AI video pricing |
| Scorpio Productions | Social Sprint EUR 5,000 HT; Essentiel EUR 20,000 HT; Advanced EUR 40,000 HT; Atelier from EUR 4,500 HT per month | Scorpio Productions |
| Il Est Une Fois | Projects from EUR 2,500 to 30,000; interview with graphics around EUR 2,500 | Il Est Une Fois |
| The Sun Project | CGI projects generally EUR 6,000 to 50,000 | The Sun Project CGI FAQ |
HT figures exclude VAT. The Sun Project and Il Est Une Fois pages do not mark HT on the bands above. Ask every bidder for generation, live-action or XR days, CGI build, finishing, music, usage and VAT as separate lines.
Doing it in-house
If the job is a social pack, a product loop, or a first-pass animatic, a marketing team can produce it on Versely instead of briefing a Paris studio. It is the in-house path, not a listed vendor. Keep real product stills and any live plates you already have. Generate only the shots that are not the product or the talent you already shot.
Start from a locked still or a written shot list. Generate picture in the AI video generator with Kling 3.0 or Veo 3.1. Start from hero photography in image to video with Seedance 2.0 when the job is motion from a still. Model cards sit on the models page. Keep a reviewer who can reject frames that invent product details, garment construction or claims. Own the prompts and seeds in your account.
Keep Article 50 and ARPP review in your existing pipeline: a perceivable label at first exposure for photoreal generated picture aimed at EU viewers, product accuracy, and no fake testimonials. Hire a studio from the list above when you need a director, a hybrid or XR shoot, a CGI build, broadcast finishing or a named-production credit.
FAQ
How much does AI video production cost in Paris?
Public studio figures sit in the table above: Obeevi avatar bands from EUR 1,000 HT, Scorpio packages from EUR 5,000 HT, Il Est Une Fois from EUR 2,500, and The Sun Project CGI from EUR 6,000. Those are published signals from 2026-09-05, not a quote.
Do I have to label AI-generated ads in France?
If the cut is photoreal generated or manipulated picture, audio or video published to people in the EU, Article 50 requires a disclosure a person can perceive at first exposure. A commercial is not the quieter artistic placement by default. ARPP still requires that the ad not mislead about the product, a person or a result. A generated face presented as a real customer is both a labelling problem and an honesty problem. This page is not legal advice.
Which Paris studios make AI video for luxury and fashion brands?
Dix Sept Paris runs ALIA for hero films, image campaigns and high-volume digital assets for beauty, fashion and maisons, with L'Oreal Stripes at Play on the ALIA page. Scorpio Productions makes luxury brand films, advertising, documentary and full-AI social and signature films, with the tRUTH brand documentary on file. Ask whether the job starts from a garment or product plate.
How long does AI video production take in Paris?
The Sun Project's CGI FAQ puts a standard 15 to 30 second piece at 4 to 8 weeks. None of the other six studios publish a standard lock date on the pages we checked. Fully generative avatar packs can turn faster if the brief is frozen. Hybrid XR, live-action and virtual-production jobs follow a shoot calendar. Get first-cut and legal-review dates in writing against your media start.
Who owns the prompts and seeds if I hire a Paris studio?
Ask who owns the finished picture, unused generations, prompts, seeds and any brand-trained model. If those assets stay with the studio, you cannot restage a later cut without them. If a real person appears, you also need a model release that covers AI use. Put the answer in the statement of work before generation starts.
